Reading other reviews, sounds like we had a lucky day lol. My mushroom Swiss burger was the best burger I have had in quite a while. My partner also loved her chicken tenders. They were real chicken and she liked the breading. They were out of her garlic bread however. I did not care for the fries but she liked hers. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. Were told that it was a 30-minute wait on the wings..Our waitress / order taker was, but it did not seem like a well-oiled machine.
My wife and I just tried Fresh Burgers restaurant (Greenwood)for the first time.and it was a very good experience.the service was friendly,polite and professional.we ate in and the restaurant was clean and inviting.the food was the best thing.Burgers great,fries ALOT and great and onion straws great.even the Diet Coke fountain drink was delicious which is fare.in conclusion,WE WILL BE GOING BACK!

I've been to this Fresh Burger a couple dozen times since they opened. It started out great! The food was good and the service was friendly. After today, I think I'm done there. Every time I go, the service gets worse, and the restaurant dirtier. The floor is so greasy that it's hard to walk inside. Counter people and cook are not remotely friendly. Ketchup is always empty.
