Stopped in dinner and was very impressed, upon walking in I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff. Placed my order within a few moments and didnt have to wait long to receive my order. The environment was very open and bright and very clean. Will definatly be going back!

Seems like they know what they’re doing over there.
The quality of the food went down in this place! The service was trash! She ordered our food! Told us to park in front of the main doors. We did but didn’t even get our drinks or our straws. Took a long time to get our food. We always double check our food. Just incase something is missing. They forgot our fries. We ordered two meals. When I went inside every person that works there was sitting in the freaking lobby? Like what is that? Then the lady that brought our food out was also in the lobby with them. She said: “Is there anything I can help you with”? I said: “ Yes, ma’am we didn’t get our fries”. There you go waiting another 5-8 minutes for fries. So nope no more Hardee’s from Thai location.

My husband and just left this establishment, we ordered 5 chicken tender comb. My husband asked for a coke, was given a Diet Coke. Never received the sauce buffalo with his order. Had to go back inside to let them know about the soda. They replaced it with a sweet tea instead. I always rate companies and Restaurant's based on their service, and as a business owner and a retired call center supervisor with over 35 plus years of customer service that experience alone stands strong. Someone from corporate might want to do an undercover boss situation to see what's going on in Your establishments. In Greenwood alone you have 2 establishments with low ratings. Your company may want to re-examine goals, because what we saw was not good for a company that serves customers.We have always loved Hardee's but will certainly not support the Hardee's in Greenwood until we see 5 star reviews. We are passionate people who eat out a lot and rate many businesses. That meal was horrible, we wind up throwing most of it away. You have to do better if you want to win back your customers. This is my honest opinion.
