I ordered my food online, paid online and showed up to a closed store! 3 days later and no one can help me get a refund. When I call and someone does answer, very rare, that person doesn't know and tells me to call the one on the bypass. No one will answer the phone and I want my money back!!!

I placed a to go order at 5:42 this afternoon. When I arrived to pick it up at 6:05 I was told they were adding a $5.75 gratuity to my to go order because it was after 6. This is a total rip off! It doesn't sound like much until you think about how many others they are doing this to. Thanks hateful cashier. You just ran off a long time customer with your lies.

Food was not up to it's usual quality. Seemed greasier than usual. If that's possible. I've had excellent food from this huddle on previous visits. Might have been wrong time of day to go. Wait staff had some kind of family drama going on outside. I was disapointed with the food tho.
