Placed an online order for a large pizza. Get there to get it and the employees are standing around talking. I waited 10min for them to ring up my order. Get home and my large pizza is a medium and it is ice cold and gritty. Now I only live 3 min from there so why does it taste like it's 2 days old? I will not go back.

Marco's is my favorite 1st of all, but tonight horrible!! Ordered the works no garlic crust, a total of w slices of green pepper, bout 2 slices of/ onions, no bacon just so disappointed. Oh the crust was so soggy bottom of the box covered ŕ

I ordered my pizza at the shop itself while I waited to see the Dr. at The Joint, and they did it for me immediately. The pizza was very tasty, and the guy behind the counter was super friendly. I would definitely go back again.

We usually always had a great experience with Marcos. Love their pizza. However, we ordered back in November, two pizzas were wrong and the cheese bread was undercooked. We called back after my husband had returned to the store once already to let them know and the I spoke with said he’d give us a $10 credit for the second pizza. We called to redeem said $10 credit today and Xavier was so unprofessional. He kept huffing and puffing, telling us it’s not his mistake so he doesn’t know what to tell us. After being placed on hold 3x and a call to the manager he stated “how about I just give you the credit so I can get back to my job?”He took the order and that was that. So rude and unprofessional. I’m very displeased and not sure we’ll continue to order from Marcos because of the poor customer service.He acted like we were the problem, however, the problem was the credit not being put in when it should have been and his awful attitude. This could have definitely been handled better.
This place is always busy and when you taste their food you will see why. Their pizzas are so fresh and juicy. Check them out for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Had wrong pizza delivered an hour late years ago and stopped ordering from them. Figured give them another shot after years of not ordering. This time did a future delivery and it arrived 30 minutes before time and was the wrong items. Roll the dice but likely you will be disappointed.
