We came around 1 in the morning because of an emergency room visit. I have so those stars because the employees were working their butts off with a hell of a long line.. it was completely obvious that this location is very understaffed. But even though they were.. they were doing their absolute best to get us through the line. It took longer than I'd l it should have. But it was not their fault that corporate won't hire enough workers.So A++++ for this late night crew. And a big fat F for corporate for making their life/job hard by not hiring the appropriate amount of people for a shift....

Seriously fresh burgers especially if you order without cheese. Quarter hamburger is literally delicious if you compare it to any other burger with cheese on the menu. I know they could just take the original cheese off and drop it on the grill but I was actually impressed with this store, and it was lunchtime rush. The lady in the car in front of me took 10 minutes in one lane at McDonald's but the staff handled it well and even when I heard what they thought about the, "if she was going to order large everything why didn't she just say that," comment killed me. Great job Tuesday lunch shift

Wasn't greeted by any employees at speaker or windows. Use the coupon for a free McFlurry and then they tell me that the McFlurry machine is down after I did tell him that the coupon was for a McFlurry before I hit the button and then you have to wait 15 minutes to use a different coupon so I just wasnt able to use a coupon at all. Nobody was friendly. Literally went across the street to Burger King not only did the guy at the speaker was friendly and tried to upsell the pie. Even the other location of Burger King I've had more friendly employees there in my interactions that I have at any of the McDonald's in greenwood.

Fries always half empty service is good sometimes horrible others and like tonight I ordered our food and paid for 2 Dbl Bacon quarter pounders with cheese then come home and there only quarter pounders not Dbl and no bacon ?

How it says Open 24 hours but when you drive up late night the employees say they are closed. Couldn't even get the Big Mac and 10 piece I wanted.
The workers at this McDonald’s are the absolute laziest people I have ever met in my life if you special order anything that is not already sitting out waiting for them to grab CHECK it because they will give you one of what you ordered and you getting the rest what they already have made they are litterly incompetent if I could give them negotiate 5 stars for service I would they will litterly ask and double check your order at the window and still give you the wrong food I have never seen anything so ridiculous in my life if I am PAYING for food make the shi right and quit being lazy
