Just got a 6.oz top sirloin, potato and salad. For $16. This was the worst meal I've had in a while. The steak was supposed to be cooked Medium. The outside was burnt and was so tough you couldn't eat it. Feed to my dog. Really. The potato was just as small as the steak. I could have gotten a meal at Fuji express better that this and not as much. Just had a taste for steak today. What is so bad about this is this is the second time this has happened, everyone deserves and second chance, but one thing for sure it is my last trip. Still hungry.

Draft beer tasted like a dishwasher. Food was subpar. What drove me to write this bad review were 2 gentleman walking around asking patrons to buy krispy creme donuts. Now why would a franchise allow 2 men coming in going table to table asking them to buy donuts?. Unreal!!!

Great food, good service. It was so hot inside I was literally sweating through the meal. This was at 7:30pm. The restrooms were even hotter than the dining area. You shouldn’t even be open if your air conditioning can’t support cooling a restaurant that is 3/4 empty.

Foods great, staff is great. Parking is easy. All very short and sweet, like my wife. Now what I love about Charley's is that when you step in, you are first blasted with cold air on a hot summer day, or you warm up in winter funny how that works. Ordered chicken and it came with some rolls. Wife loves it.

The food was good, the service was terrible, everyone working had a bad attitude or did not know what they were doing, manager walked by asked how we were doing, we replied not so good, he said ok then… too many other choices in town, we will not be back.

I absolutely love everything about this place, the food was amazing with perfect portion sizes, the food came out fast and the waiters were just amazing. The atmosphere was so beautiful. I completely recommend this place, 10/10

A $19.99 Lobster Mac and Cheese is considered a side dish? That is what we were told when we were about to order it. Interestingly enough the $22.99 Steak and Lobster and Mac includes two extra sides for only an extra $3. We ordered something else instead. One entree was served cold which had to be returned to the kitchen. By the time it came back my wife had finished her entree so we basically ate separately at the same table. Poor dining experience needless to say. We did get a 10% discount or $1.19 off the tab. Yippee (sarcasm).Better places to dine in Greenwood than here. Lesson learned.
If I could leave no stars I would so unprofessional they steal people's coinpurses and refuse to repay the amount within the purse because they "can't find it" or "no one turned it in" all I did was go to the restroom thinking my husband would grab it but coming out someone was bussing the table we were at got to heading out I called to see who picked it up and anyone I spoke to was rude and refused to refund the amount. So disappointed in this place used to be a fav but now they are absolutely horrible.

My husband ordered a sirloin steak and it came out looking like a small roast. And it didn't have any flavor to it. There was 6 people in our group. The rest of our food was great btw!

Food was Ok except for the potato soup which was awful. The server replaced it with another item but what a disappointment from what it used to be. The sever was great and fast. Probably go there again but not order the potato soup.

Personally I'm not crazy about it. Had a long wait for something to drink and to order. The food is not that good and it's pretty expensive for what you get. Slow service.

Arrived at about 4:15 pm after work to enjoy dinner. A somber faced young lady walked up and never said a word of greeting. She seated me in the bar which was fine. She then sat down at a nearby table and started folding silverware into napkins. A little while later, a man in an O'Charley's uniform stopped and visited with her a few minutes and left. I saw no other employee in sight. I waited a few minutes longer and finally left. It seems as if no one cares about providing good service there. I won't go back!!
