We got no bread the whole time til we ask after we got food , food wasn't right . A dirty thing they keep on t less now like a wood tray thing nasty . Bday girls food wasn't done right al and all not a good experience at all ..

My experience was a little bad, I had today, Sunday, for an hour, we waited for the food, sometimes it's understanding, but I had been told that it was one of the best restaurants in Greenwood, it's true, the food wasn't bad, but the service time was bad. Anyway thank you very much.

We came in for lunch, and was very disappointed ? I ordered the prime rib, which 20 mins later bartender informs me they were out. Changed to a ribeye that came out rare due to being rushed. When it was to be cooked to a medium. The salmon we ordered came out way undercooked, took 20+ mins to get it back. The bartender after asking about it came out with it said it was just sitting in the window. We also ordered a blooming onion that came out extra crispy. The manager Barry came out I informed him to make sure they don't overcook it next time. He also claimed the reason the food was undercooked was because he rushed it out. Not a valid excuse to give to a guest. The ceaser salad that first came out was bad romaine Lettuce. Nothing that should be served to a guest. We were there Tuesday night and had a great experience and was expecting the same. Sadly mistaken. Not sure the next time I will decide to give them another chance. Spent 100 dollars and was very disappointed ?

Terrible… horrible. Unacceptable…ordered steak and shrimp with loaded potato. Potato was cold very cold ??. Steam was tought . Took a half hour to get a glass of beer. I sent the food back and was charged for it all… embarressent. I dont recommend . I will never go back.

The place is new and the people are inexperienced. The food is average compared to other Outbacks. It's really busy because this steakhouse is new in the area. But if the service and the quality of the food does not improve it will be busy no more.. Only in like with this location nothing more.
