While recently visiting friends in Greenwood, we decided to give Red Lobster a try. What a delight! The food was delicious and our server was outstanding. Chance was very knowledgeable and kept our drinks filled. A smiling face is always welcome! Having worked in the service industry for over 20 years, it’s always a plus when the food is great and the service is impeccable. I’m sure next time we’re in the area, we’ll visit again. Their food is always great here, and the atmosphere/interior of the restaurant is perfectly fine. Clean restrooms, plenty of parking. The wait staff is hit or miss, some are more attentive than others. The good thing that makes up for it is the fact that all wait staff here do seem to pay attention to things like drinks that need refilling and checking on their whole establishment. There may be a waiter or waitress that gets sidetracked easily with a new table, luckily another wait staff seems to always be on the lookout. The manager coming by to check on all the tables is nice and not commonly seen in many restaurants. Overall, still a nice place to eat while in Greenwood. They don't do anything for birthdays, that's alright... Dairy Queen fills that void.
I went there for my birthday and I wasn't disappointed I just wish I would have ordered some lobster in my selection but everything was great!!!!
