Scoops and Cups is a locally owned and opersted cafe that has the BEST ice cream and food options in town! LG is a makes a lot of her ice cream from scratch. She offers traditional flavors and flavors from the Philippines. She also makes homemade Filipino dishes like pancit and lumpia., as well as sandwiches.
