Zaxby's is my fav but the one in greenwood has gotten so bad I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't last much longer.put in an order in line and when I got there they were closed said they had no help when I talked to a manager later

Placed online ordering after being told system was down. I waited 40 min before order was ready. Ordered 10 piece traditional but received 9. This wouldn’t be a huge deal but paid >$15 for the order.

I went here on 3/5/24 around 8pm and it was horrible. I have never seen staff this bad at any other Zaxbys. It took over 30 mins to get my food and the staff was very rude and they created a complete seen of chaos. There was a constant line of people in line to try and correct theyre order that had been messed up. Some had waited so long they just got a refund. Overall this was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had and that is saying a lot!!

I placed an online order for my family, so it was a fairly large order, for pick up at 5:15 and waited until 5:45 before I went in to see what was taking so long. When I came in the employees were having their own conversations and didn’t even address me. When they did realize I was there, I asked about my curbside pickup and the cashier told me ,” oh, I didn’t even look”. She then handed me the order that had been sitting there for 30 minutes and I have a 30 minute drive to my home as well. By the time I got home everything was cold. This was absolutely horrible customer service and I would not recommend this location to anyone. We did a survey and heard nothing back about our experience.
