While waiting on food 2 employees never washed their hands. Manger & 1 other employee kelp put their hands in their pockets. Handle money. Opening drive thur window with high pollen. Once I brought it to their attention, all stated it's not mandatory to wear gloves nor was their hands. Once I asked for General Manger number, Manger stated he's not obligated to give me any information & I can come back in the morning to speak with someone. VERY UNSANITARY VERY DISRESPECTFUL!

I just stopped by and got an online order, my biscuit is Uber undercooked like the egg is still runny almost, like food poison level. I've never had a good experience with this place it's been super slow some days they get your order out really slow, but it's never been dangerous to eat there till

BoBerry biscuits are a hit and miss. 2 out of the 3 vists biscuits have been overcooked. Employee tried to drown out biscuits with icing to cover how ugly they were.
Tried the fish sandwich and it was delicious. Everything was cooked

Wanted to give Bojangles another try for breakfast and end up disappointed again. I ordered an egg & cheese biscuit and I guess they decided to give me BUTTERmilk biscuits instead. Gots to do better with people’s orders.

Only went here because it was close by to where I was and I needed to get something quick. Ordered a 2 piece meal and asked for Mashed Potatoes and gravy and coleslaw as my sides and quickly was told they were out of coleslaw, macaroni and cheese and dirty rice. So essentially all they had left was mashed potatoes, cajun fries, bo rounds and pinto beans, basically 3 different forms of potatoes. Ended up getting the seasoned fries with the mashed potatoes. Chicken was fresh and tasted good, the potatoes were incredibly bland and lumpy, you could tell they were instant cause the lumps were like dry lumps, the seasoned fries were cold and not cooked all the way through and the biscuit was dry and lukewarm like it was made many hours ago. The thing with Bojangles is that the locations can be hit or miss and this one was a definite miss.
