Average Bagel shop with above average pricing, good but not great. I would say an occasional trip there would be reasonable.

If I could give zero stars I would- the lady at the counter tells me “New SC state law states they are not allowed to put anything on bagels at the store anymore”. Bagels are always hard as a rock and the place is always dirty. Went to Riverside bagels in Greer 100 times better. Weird, they buttered my bagel just fine.

Dirty tables, dirty coffee station at 12 noon. Masked attendent less than congenial. $14+ for a sandwich and counter service is unbelievable. Restaurant meals are more affordable for lunch. We will not

I've been coming here since highschool. The food is great try the bacon egg and cheese bagel. Whenever I'm back in town I come get breakfast here it reminds me of the good times we shared eating here and makes me feel like I'm home.

Staff was very unfriendly. Over charged me for my bagels and refused to correct after being confronted. On top of that they got my order incorrect too. I would not recommend this place to anyone that likes good service, fair prices, and to receive the food they actually ordered.

The woman who answers the phone is atrocious, I’m sorry. I don’t normally leave reviews like this but every time I’ve called to place a pick-up order or to order a dozen bagels, the lady who answers is so annoyed and unfriendly, I ended up just hanging up today. She audibly sighed multiple times when I was inquiring about the different types of bagels they have, it’s honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.Sadly after reading the reviews it seems multiple other folks have unfortunately been forced to interact with this individual as well, it seems the establishment doesn’t care.Moving forward I will be letting everyone know about my experience (including my job who orders several dozen bagels from this location frequently) and will be going somewhere else.

I would give this place a five star if the service was friendly. I’ve been in numerous times and the majority of every time I’ve been in it has been very rude service. The food is outstanding, so it is unfortunate but this last time that I went today I think I’m all set now due to how rude they are. It’s not just one particular person either even though the younger girl is definitely more rude than most people, but it seems to be everybody there not to mention I do have to get them to correct my bagel eight times out of 10. I also feel like the tables are usually dirty when I go in there to eat even though there’s not a lot of people there when I go.

Unfortunately, the owner is very rude. I have come here three or four times a week for years and while the food is good they have continued to raise prices three times over the last year. My two bagels went from being $8.50 to $12.00. It takes a while to make the food so I always call ahead. Unfortunately, if they put you on hold they never come back to the line. This has happened to me at least 15 times. If you finally hang up you can't call back because it's busy because they don't actually put you on hold and you can hear everything going on in the restaurant. They always say that walk-in customers have first priority which makes sense and I am not upset about; but in reality, the issue is they just forget about you being on hold because I can hear that they are no longer taking orders repeatedly for minutes while being on hold and then can hear when a new customer walks in and they start taking orders again. Today, I finally complained and the owner was incredibly rude and I stated that they just shouldn't put people on hold if they aren't coming back to the line and she stated in a very rude tone that she will put up a sign and acted like it was no big deal that they have wasted 10-12 minutes of my time at least 15 times not to mention delayed orders after driving there and waiting. All the owner had to do was say I'm sorry and we will work on remembering when people are on hold. In reality, the majority of the employees only make minimum wage so you can't expect much but the rudeness of the owner has made it that I will no longer patronize this establishment. She clearly doesn't care about her customers. She bought it from her parents a few years ago and I have been coming here for 22 years. It's a real shame. If the owner wants to be successful especially after reading the other reviews she needs to work on her emotional intelligence and customer service.

The food is sometimes good but the service sucks, they put you on hold and never pick up. When confronted, they're super passive aggressive (mainly the owner).

Bagels are some of the best in town, even though it takes a little while to make, it's worth the small wait. The calm environment makes it the perfect place to go in the morning.

Best bagels in town...not heavy and doughy, light and airy inside. .great for whatever spread you prefer....ditto on what most say about staff, need some big-time management training and social skills...personally I overlook that for the quality of the
