We are new to the area so we tried stopping TWICE and both times they were CLOSED during regular business hours. This is not how to run a business!!!

The reason "big box" places are so successfull..... the worst thing you can waste is someone's time.The website says it opens at 4:15pm. Drive over there in traffic to find it closed. No big deal maybe they are running a few minutes late- run some errands to come back, still closed.Not a huge deal- it's a small place, and they offer online ordering- maybe they only open up shop when there's an order....Place an order to pickup later in the evening. Pay. Get confirmation. Looks great.... then.....Receive a notification the order was canceled.What a hassle, and bizarre business practice. When you try to support local, patience only lasts so far.... now I'm just going to Publix. At least it won't be a runaround.
