I had a call in order. It was the brisket sandwich. The edges were a little dried out when I got it like it had been sitting out. There wasn't much barbecue sauce on it in places. The service was adequate, but they didn't have large cups that I paid for, so they gave me a medium without reimbursement for the difference.

The company I work for had a working lunch meeting today, and we called around trying to order subs for everyone. Firehouse was the only place willing to try to accommodate us on such short notice. Not only did they accommodate, we were greeted by friendly staff, and our food was ready and waiting for us when we got there to pick it up. If we weren't loyal Firehouse Subs customers before, we definitely are now. ?

NEVER have I seen such lazy employees! Wasn't spoken to or acknowledged. ONE young lady was working while the man acted like he hated being there and missed his morning coffee for the last 20 years. Not sure what the other girl was doing. I finally left without being served. I don't see how the one actually working takes it. "Come hungry Leave hangry" should be their motto.

The staff and manager are always very welcoming and friendly here! The Kings Hawaiian Pork and Slaw is really good, and I hope it stays around! Food is always hot and tasty. The staff takes good care with food presentation/portions, and most importantly--aways fresh. Online orders for work lunch is always easy and ready to go. Thank you!
