Went to Hardee's this morning and overheard the order taker say that White people don't know what they are doing,she didn't know the speaker was on and I heard every thing she was telling her co worker,ITHINK SOME ONE SHOULD TELL THE "GAL" WHAT PREDUCES IS ALL ABOUT.
The food was delicious and the ladies behind the counter were very genuine.

It was your average fast food experience the service was normal the burgers were salty the fries were not salty some days its betterParking: This Hardys isn't usually very busy so there is plenty of parking there is handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: Your average fast food restaurant experience.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking and seating as well as wheelchair accessible entry.
I don't know who will see this and to be blunt I don't care but I will be back up there tomorrow with pictures of what I got and receipt because what I didn't receive was the $15 burger I paid for yes I ate the other burger because I was hungry and couldn't get back to your Hardee's but I took pictures of the burger I received. And what I ate was a $4 burger max I ordered the monster burger for $15 and some change for a reason I was hungry!!!! So I'm going to need the right burger or the difference paid back to me. I'd prefer the burger but if that's too difficult to do I'll take the difference and get a burger somewhere else.

Ordered a kids grill cheese they tried to charge me almost 9$ then when I got the meal the grill cheese was only grilled one side other side was a cold slice of bread cheese wasn't melted non at all just slice of cheese idk if happy meals come with toy or not but we didn't get one. Was told by lady she had to pay me the difference out her own pocket smh horrible experience horrible food daughter refuses to eat it been better off at mcdonalds

I remember as a kid that Hardees was the place to go for breakfast with the family. They took pride in their breakfast. Totally different now. The last few times I've been there the quality of food and especially service is unacceptable. I just went there today and was handed a bag of food in which the hash browns weren't even in a sleeve, they were thrown in the bottom of the bag. The breakfast platter was dumped in sideways in the too small of a bag and the eggs and sausage were in the bottom of the bag along with the hashbrowns. I sat there at the window trying to dig my food out to see if everything was there and to show the lady at the window the quality of how the food was delivered and she didn't say a word. Like that was the standard. I probably buy breakfast there 200 times a year, but never again!! No pride in your work and service, no business from me.

Since when was a biscuit and gravy w/2 slices of tomato $6.03.. I ordered a biscuit gravy 2 slices of Tom and a butter biscuit. The woman repeated my order told me $6.03 drove around no butter biscuit pulled back up she said I didn’t charge you for the butter biscuit that will be $2. What in the world has happened here.
