We love this location in Taylors SC...the wait staff (especially Tyra) and even the cooks are friendly and work very hard. The food is always fantastic. The issue is they are ALWAYS understaffed. The manager or owner needs to do a better job of making sure there is more than one waiter or waitress there at all times. These folks work their tails off, but I've seen people get impatient with them. NOT THEIR FAULT. All of them are absolutely wonderful. So manager and or owner...do better. You have great people working for you, but they can always go down the street to any of the many other restaurants in town if you keep overworking them. And get the booths fixed...there are at least two where the seats have collapsed into a hole in the middle. I feel like a toddler sitting in those holes!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available.

I am a delivery driver & I pick up orders from IHOP quite a bit and everytime I go in I am always greeted with such an amazing staff, no matter who is greeting me that day I always feel welcomed. I normally don't have to wait for my order but sometimes if I do I have no problem waiting for the order I'm picking up. My customers have never complained about their food and are always happy with their orders from this IHOP. I really appreciate the hard work that everyone here does and they are absolutely awesome! I always enjoy getting orders from here ?

The waitress was good but please bring all the food to the table. Cook the hash browns . Then all the other food. Just ordered 2 eggs over easy, hash browns,ham and toast. Hash browns take longer to cook if you want them crispy. I was hungry but disappointed when you bring me my breakfast with no hash browns. The food was sitting on the counter getting cold because they were waiting for hash browns.Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very nice.It was not her fault that the food was sitting up there getting cold. She then brought the food without hash browns to the table.She tried but it wasn't her fault the order was not complete.

Great Food, Amazing Service and they actually careThe manager Katy, greeted us immediately took us to our table and wendy was our server. wendy was fantastic and checked on us through our visit. So many times the server forgets to check on the customer, but not Wendy.I ordered a burger, my girl ordered an omelet. We enjoyed our meal very much. The manager Katy circled back and asked us how everything was going.I recommend this ihop. They have a heart, they care and take care of the customers very well. I saw this by our experience when we stopped by yesterday.Wendy you're fantastic - Whatever they pay you, they should double it because you deserve it for the fantastic level of service you provided to me an my girl. I would enjoy having someone with your caliber of customer service skills on our team in our small business. Thank You
