I’m not sure what the purpose of ordering ahead is if they are not gong to make your sandwich till you get there. Now I have to wait when I got here exactly when it said my order would be ready. They need to put something online that says we aren’t going to make your order till you arrive instead of a time when it will be ready.

I visited today wanted to get the family a meal using the attraction book coupon. The girl in the counter whose name is Gracy, refused to use it saying that they don't accept any 3rd party coupons. I patiently explained to her this is a popular tradition here. The discount book is sold by elementary school students every year. But all she did was to respond in a very contemptuous tone that it is not valid. When I ask is this store specific because I use it in our stores every year. She then responded even more disdainfully that no one in the store has ever seen this kind of coupon it's not valid. When I asked if there is any store manager she can ask help with. She very rudely said that she is the manager and there is no one to complain to. OK，I am not quite in an arguing mood so I paid and left the store. But I will never going back again. Such a terrible experience!

I was getting lunch at around 12:30PM on a Sunday, and placed an online order. When I walked in to pick it up there was about 10 other customers in there. While I was waiting the employees announced the wait would be 45 minutes for my food. I waited and waited and eventually I grew impatient and asked one of the employees how much longer it would be. Suddenly the general manager rushed out with a baseball bat and cracked me in the head with it. He beat me senseless and told me to be patient. A bit later my order was ready. My sandwhich was fantastic, I highly recommend eating at Shiloh’s Sensual Sandwich Emporium. Thankyou for your cervix
