Staff was unprofessional to a couple with kids who were trying to dine in. When the husband noticed the staff mocking his wife he got the food to go and had the family leave. Husband tried to bring the issue to management so management could use the incident as a teaching moment for better customer relations in the future but was dismissed by the management.

Way to pricey for the food and the service. We went during prime time on a Friday night and the place was almost deserted. Still had to wait 30 minutes for the overpriced pizza (ok, but nothing to rave about). Probably won't go back.

Food quality went down hill from the last few times we were there (pre-covid). For the price there are so many better options. However the poor quality to cost food was not the worst part. The worst part was the most disgusting bathroom I have possibly ever seen in a restaurant actually being used by customers. There was pubic hair on top of dust on top of piss all over the seat. Clearly this restaurant has seen better days and I for one would recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere else.

We have been coming to this pizza place long enough to be recognized as regulars (2-3 years). We really like the pizza. Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely the best in our area. We were happy coming here for a long time.Last year they decided to stop answering the phone. There is a prerecorded message that says to order on the website. At first, it was difficult to order on the website so we had to order through Slice and pay an additional $1 to order. Since then the website was improved and we can use that to order now.Tonight we went to place our order and kept getting an error message and our order wouldn’t go through. Tried through Slice and they said we didn’t meet the minimum order. So we drove there and ordered. I was sitting and waiting. After awhile I went back up and found my pizza was done and just waiting on the rack. They never let me know. We got home and the bottom was burnt.I wish I could continue to come here but I’m running out of reasons. Even the points you earn have been messed up. I’ve spent several hundred dollars here and only received one reward the whole time.The girl who knows us seems to be doing her best but she can’t run the place alone. Severely understaffed at this point. Why make it hard to order?

My family and I love the pizza from this place!The crust is crispy on the bottom and pillowy on the edges, with just the right amount of chew.The junkyard dog is my favorite pizza. It’s salty and savory and definitely hits the spot.I highly recommend visiting Kustom Krust whenever you are in the mood for some awesome pizza!

August 18th. We ordered small pizza. Wings too! It was delicious and hot when we received it.. Especially loved the flavor of the crust. Wish we had one Kustom Krust in Hendersonville N.C.

Very sad this place has gone down hill. Not sure if it’s new management or owners or what. It used to be a happening place on the weekend. Now you can’t call in an order and seems as though you can’t walk in and place orders as they close before their posted time. Very disappointed as we always enjoyed having a nice friendly pizza place near us.

Their Pizza and Calzones are fantastic! I ordered online from their website and it was easy to use. The reason for only 3 stars is because they no longer have garlic knots and just sub in the garlic sticks. Since I ordered directly off their website, they should not have had the knots on their menu. If I’d wanted the flat pizza dough with cheese and garlic sauce, that’s what I would have ordered. They could have called to confirm I was happy with the sub instead of just swapping out the knots.
Glad we tried this place. I almost got scared off by the mixed reviews. We had a build your own pizza - garlic base with ricotta, sausage and garlic garnish. We usually order a white pie from our local spot and they didn't have a preset version on the menu. Also tried a calzone and wings (hot honey and garlic parm). Ordered online, and delivery showed up about 15 minutes earlier than promised. Food was all hot-ish. The pizza was excellent, the hot honey wings were really good, and the calzone and garlic parm wings were good - not great. We order regularly from Pebble Creek Pizza but they were closed for Father's Day... but now we have somewhere new to add to the rotation.

This is my first time here and so far I'm not impressed. I'm not crazy about having 6 employees not wearing hairnets, touching every surface (I.e. money, high chairs, earbuds) and then touching (preparing) food without washing their hands or wearing gloves.

$24.00 for this Mushroom and Sausage pizza with extra sauce !! did I mention EXTRA SAUCE There is one mushroom and wait two micro pieces of sausage on this slice and that's the slice that got the most toppings ! Sauce ....THERE ISN'T ANY !! Garbage pizza ! Don't bother To many options on the east Side Go to Sidewall it's always amazing My mistake of tryin this place I'll NEVER GO BACK !

Pizza is good. I think it has too much cheese. Which I feel like is tough to do because I love cheese! But the balance seems off. I can’t ask them for any modifications because they only take online orders. Wish I could call and order so I can ask for light cheese and extra well done pizza! Otherwise it’s a good meal for an easy dinner.
