Probably the best pulled pork in the area. However, they compensate for good food with terrible service and comparatively very high prices. Rarely does anyone pick up the phone who can properly take an order. Listening is a lost art. I would like to get food here but it's currently more trouble than it's worth. Just go to Henrys and save yourself the headache.

The food was good but the price was steep. I have been to no less than 27 BBQ buffets in South Carolina. This was my first time at this one. This was the most expensive of all. One reason why, it was overly expensive is, I was charged an extra $2 for something called a “facility fee”. Basically, making this meal an extra $1 than the advertised price. I have never heard of such a thing but I suspect it is the same thing as the unethical fee that is added to people who use a credit card at a few places. This practice used to be illegal up until recently. There is a reason why it was illegal. It is unethical. Thankfully, most businesses are NOT doing this because they know it’s not ethical. As a business owner myself, I know full well that when setting prices of your product or menu, there is a common statistical percentage of customers who will use a credit card and, knowing this, that is factored into the price of the product/menu prices. So, to take advantage of that unethical law, is basically DOUBLE charging. I know it is usually called a “convenience fee” but the truth of the matter is the convenience is for the merchant, not the customer. I realize this Biden inflation is the reason for the ridiculous increase in prices but we can still be ethical in spite of his poor leadership. If the food was not as good as it was, I would be leaving one star. To make things even worse, I was asked if I wanted to add a tip to the credit card. I have never been asked for a tip at a self-serve buffet in my life. The only time I have ever tip at a buffet is if there is a waitress walking around refilling drinks and then I would only leave maybe $1/diner. My suggestion is to do away with asking people if they want to leave a tip, because people frankly have “tip fatigue”. Also, I would do away with charging extra for credit card users, because that is a type of economic persecution, which is why this used to be illegal. If you want more money, be straightforward about it by simply raising the buffet price. If it runs people away or causes less business, then lower the price.

I was basically turned away at 7:45 pm. Took my business to A & P restaurant nearby.

The food was good. We went for the ribs but they were not as hot or falling off the bone as the first two times we went. That was a little disappointing. But overall, I love

Their food is great. The hash and rice, and mac and cheese are worth a drive to the other side of town, in my opinion. Atmosphere is a typical country BBQ place. The buffet is a deal, if you want to eat in and taste the whole menu!
