I called to place an order. I could barely understand the person I was talking to. I finally got that it would be 2 hours for a carry out pizza. I might understand that on a delivery but not on a pickup.

This location has the most absolute worst customer service. We ordered told us it would be 10 minutes to pick up. When we got there we waited an additional 15 minutes. When we got our order we asked for 4 garlic sauces only got 2 we asked for extra marina didn't get it. We go back in to ask for more dipping sauce. The girl helping us argued with us about it not being on check. I work in a restaurant as a manager and I would of fired her. You just say ok and move on to the next guest. The guest and customer is always correct. I will NEXT VISIT THIS LOCATION again.

If you try to call in an order, you aren't taking to a restaurant employee rather a call center one. She spoke broken English,couldn't understand my specific request & still messed up my order.

I understand there is a closing time, BUT when I order and you manully cancel it... thanks for my daughters last second decision for her birthday treat. 100% Zero... tell the driver the $20 tip knowing it was past time on his/her way home.... weak business. Close at 830 if you DON'T want to deliver.

Very poor service. Terrible pizza !!! Don’t respect your delivery instructions!Pizza was a cheese pizza and it literally was missing cheese in so many spots . The boneless wings wasn’t covered in sauce and was also very saggy tasted like that had been microwaved! Just terrible!

If you like commercial pizza, this is what you're looking for. I have never been disappointed at this location here, whether I pick it up or have it delivered. It is always good. A staff that does their job and cares.

I placed a order on the app and was going to pay with cash. I was told when they got here that they dont take 50s or 100s. No where on there site does it say they dont take them. So needless to say I didnt get the pizza and I wont be ordering from them ever again.
This store doesn’t carry most NATIONAL coupons, and even when you do order food, they don’t bring it!! I’ve ordered multiple times now within 3 hours of closing time and they cancel my order. Not to mention the multiple times I’ve gotten sick after eating here. I assumed these were isolated incidents, but after they cancelled my delivery order TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING, I realized it was the store. Not to mention the food you DO get is never that good to begin with. This store is under absolutely horrible management and in no way would I recommend you or your family eat from here. I will be taking my business to dominos in Greer from now on, which I should have done from the beginning.

Horrible place, someone somehow gathered the least intelligent people of upstate SC and threw them together in the same restaurant and gave them ovens to make pizza, these people seem to screw up anything that can be screwed, my order was wrong in every way, cold and I had to damn near give them a DNA sample just to pick it up, stay away from this place by all means, I think their stupidity may become contagious

Nothing like waiting an hour for a pizza! Correction, for them to remake a pizza you ordered over an hour ago and they lost the order. They have been remaking it for 35 minutes now! Ingot out of my car, walked up to the window, the young lady says they are making it again, this being the 3rd time because they don’t think it went through to be processed. The WORST experience ever! They never once offered to compensate me for the hour and twent-five minutes that I spent waiting.
