Sonic was open till 12am this particular evening. I called in a pick up order at 1115pm. They were out of med. Cups so they gave a large one half full. Subsequently the syrup in the slushie was not measured correctly and the taste was way off. The sundaes (were melted). The Corn dog was burnt, and my condiments were not in the bag. Tater tots were cold. No condiments for them either. So I called and I was not offered a refund but a 5$ gift card and a route 44 drink.!! Unacceptable.!! Businesses that are open past the typical 9pm in Greer SC, should be held to the same standard of serving quality food, frozen drinks & frozen dessrerts that thier 1pm customers may receive.

Just got home from the sonics in Greer, SC on Buncombe rd (Was there on 4/12/24 around 5:30pm)The only thing they got right was the drinks and the ice cream. I ordered chili cheese tots, and 2 of garlic bacon burgers.Instead we ended up with fries, onion rings and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect. I would understand a little more if it was busy but the parking lot was next to empty.

Ordered a chili cheese coney with mustard amd cheese tots. The coney only had a tiny bit of chili on little more than have of it. There was more mustard than chili. The tots only had cheese on like 6 tots. What a shame. The guy came out with no ketchup. Then he forgot. I had to flag him down. I can't stand tipping before I even get the service.

Ordered ahead to wait 50 minutes. Food was given to wrong stall. Staff was apologetic and couldn't hear. It might have something to do with the music blasting or the lunch time landscaping crew cutting the grass and literally blowing dirt on everyone while people are trying to order.To the guy who apologized, we appreciate you. The "manager" NEVER came out or said a thing. Absolutely pathetic. Never ever going back. To the owner who might give the most generic response ever, like you see on the other bad reviews, save your copy and paste finger bud unless you're talking about giving me a refund

I deliver for Uber Eats and Door Dash. The management held my delivery for 30 minutes last night while I watched the employees and management horse play and throw food at each other inside the store. This was from 11pm-11:30pm Saturday night, 10 Feb, 2024. They had only 2 other customers to serve. One manager's name was Jesse. Earlier, a customer told me Sonic messed up his order the first time and I was the second deliverer for his one order. I will not eat at Sonic in Greer SC.

Stop by today to get breakfast with my dad and we ordered a 16 and 18 combo. It was the most disgusting food I’ve ever probably had. Both of our sandwiches were burnt! I’m so irritated I didn’t get to take a picture & we both ordered coffee I got an iced coffee and my dad ordered a hot one. Both were basically water!! I threw everything away before I even thought to take a picture. Will never be back. The only good side was the person who brought out our food, he was super nice.

I dont ever like to give anything lwss than 5☆ bc thay can really bring a rating down but i always make sure to comment bc if you dont know you cant fix it. Thw food was GREAT but We didn't get our condiments and every time I go to this sonic, my drinks always taste weird. (One tasted like toilet bowl water once) but I've given it the benefit of a doubt but no more drinks for me. But I'll keep coming for the food first sure!!!

Worst sonic I've had, TJ could of cared less. Fries ice cold, tots overly salted and cold, cheese sticks still frozen. Called to inform Manager, as I was waiting heard someone screaming in the background. Won't be back and reccomend you don't go either.
