This is the second or third time it’s happened, each time under a different ghost kitchen name so I accept the order by mistake. The one time I was able to pick up an order, it was wrong and so I spent an hour and a half fulfilling a $6 order that should’ve taken me 20 minutes.

I had sonny do my catering for my wedding did not bring all the food and has not still to this day give me any my money back I was very disappointed it was in October and now in January have not seen anything I do not recommend his catering

Lunch on a Saturday. Friendly atmosphere and our waitress, Addison was a pleasure. But the food was horrible. I ordered their Cuban sandwich. Their idea of a Cuban is pulled pork with a sliver of ham and a puny amount of cheese served on an open-faced STALE hoagie bun not pressed or even toasted. Served DRY - NO SAUCE. My wife ordered the BLT. It was served on stale untoasted Texas sliced bread (way to thick), and with ham, American cheese and onion along with the bacon, puny lettuce and small slice of tomato. We ordered the side of Brussels sprouts. They are advertised as having Parmigiano cheese. Nope. There wasn't any. Ordered the side of baked beans. They are right out of a can - probably Bushes. That was the best of the food served. Unsweetened tea comes sweet. Don't think I'll go back.

This was our first trip to Sonny's. We were very disappointed in the food. The fries were limp. The burger was bland. The hamburger bun was cold. The BLT had very little bacon. Probably will not be back

The staff was nice but the $58 for our three plates was a waste. Our pulled pork sandwich plates weren't pulled but were large dry chunks of dry pork. The chicken tenders were cooked to death and crispy all the way through.

We had an absolute blast today it was Sunday Drag Brunch. And it was so much fun the food was fantastic I had the Southwestern omelet my daughter's had the sausage biscuit with eggs and meat.. And the entertainment was out of this world, where else can you go on a Sunday morning we got there about 11:30, and listen to loud dance music have a nice bloody Mary and watch a Drag Queen show!! Let me tell you it was so much fun and there was a pretty good crowd and the performers worked the audience had us all laughing, clapping and enjoying the show. What a breath of fresh AIR!!!! I will say it was kind of expensive But it was worth it. Sonny's Grill wins my business hands down!! And Each week they have a themed karaoke night. Next Sunday they have a Male Review oh yeah I already bought 4 tickets from my sister and my 2 children to enjoy it with me!! Check out their Facebook page Sonny's Grill in Greer..

Would not recommend this place our worst breakfast experience.Suggestions for improvement :non sticky tables, cups and salt and pepper shakers, we are really not picky but sticky stuff drives me nuts.A waitress that pays attention to customers, after we tried several times to get her attention even though there were only 3 tables occupied, my wife had to go to the counter to remind her about the syrup for her toast that should have came with the food and not after the food was cold.A couple next to us left because they didn't even get a chance to order.A waitress with some manners ( You don't scratch your private parts while talking to customers and then touch cups and plates)A better organized kitchen, I never heard of a Chef who can't find his grits ;).But the worst part was the sticky stuff, that shouldn't happen especially not in this times where hygiene should be top priority, we're not paranoid because of this virus, we don't wear mask either, but hygiene is a must especially for a food business.I didn't want to be so detailed, but after you asked for improvements this might help.

We went to Sonny’s grill today for the first time. We absolutely LOVED it! Amazing customer service and amazing food! Highly recommend going here! They always do fun events throughout the month. Can’t wait to go back!

Extremely unprofessional. Went to pick up a DoorDash order and the order was not even placed. Then the cook tried to send me away because “he isn’t even supposed to be working.” I then had to convince him to prepare the order. While he was going around the restaurant gathering supplies, he proceeds to complain and cuss about having to prepare the order. During all of this the owner is sitting nearby not helping, and also cussing while he proceeds to pass gas and laugh about it with other employees. Also the restroom was RIDDLED with flies. 1 star definitely.

Horrible place. Roaches everywhere. Dishes left dirty for days. No dishsoap. Cutting boards disgusting. Worked 4 days and walked out. Yesterday was payday and didn't receive a paycheck. I'm not the only one. The owner should be ashamed they treat they're employees like this. Didn't fill out any paperwork, didn't pay any taxes, they treated me like I wasn't from this country. I will be making calls to dhec, I have photos, and requesting this place be shut down. As well as to the labor department as well I'll be calling a lawyer. Was told by the daughter come in today to get my pay and told by the mother today she doesn't have her checkbook although YESTERDAY was payday. 2 weeks ago the police were called to deal with another dispute over sonny's refusal to pay his employees. Horrible experience. I will also say majority of the food was expired and I was told to use it anyway which I refused. Never in my 25 years of work experience have I run into a more disgusting, horribly run restaurant. I would never recommend this place not eat here in a million years.

Came in with my mom for the first time on Saturday morning. We were only one of two customers. Our waiter was very nice, friendly as soon as came in. It took about 20-25 minutes for our food to come out and it was just eggs, bacon, toast and an omelette. The toast was slightly toasted and not buttered. We asked for butter and we were brought hard, cold butter. The omelette was decent. It was mostly egg whites with cheddar, onions, mushrooms and city ham. My mom had toast as well (same issue- not buttered) and supposed to have over medium eggs but they were hard, so waiter had to ask them to make them the right way. He also said toast is normally buttered and that they probably forgot to butter it. It took long, toast wasn't toasted, and it was incredibly slow in there with nobody in the restaurant. Would I go back? I am not quite sure. I am sure they probably have some better options on their menu but first impressions always stick. I am happy to support local businesses, I get the staff is short nowadays, so I do keep that in mind.
