I wound up hanging up as I realized I called the wrong place: well I thought.While I did call the correct location, it was a simple.misunderstanding.What she did next is what every customer service industry she do and learn from Sierra.She not only went back to caller I.D. to call me back, she apologized for the mishap.Fact is, this society has a serious detriment in terms of service and accountability.
