don't order online. they won't toast it or put condiments on it. why is that so hard?

I came through the drive through waited a few mins before they took my order I got the turkey club no roast beef combo got to the window to pay for my order the cashier claimed my card declined twice paid with a different card went across the street to McDonald's and placed a order the same supposed to be declined card worked with no problems the sandwich was ok a little dry and the bread was hard

I ordered a sandwich today, terrible. The bread was very very hard. Like hard croutons. They over sauced it too. I couldn't eat it. I threw it away. The time before this one which was a little over a week ago, I ordered a BLT and there was absolutely NO bacon on it. Two times in a row. Wasted money. I won't go back there. It's very hard finding a good subway with no issues.

Not a bad Subway, the workers try hard, usually they are friendly and do the best they can to get your food to you. Sometimes a bit of a wait but I can handle that. My biggest gripe is Subway as a whole, the pricing seems a bit high.
Third time at this location and every time my order is not correct . Today I ordered a tuna sub, everything was there except they left out the tuna. The kid at the front even repeated the order to me, he had it all wrote down on a piece of papers at the drive through window and still got it wrong, how does that even happen.

Came at 7:20pm on a Sunday, waited in line at the drive through for about 10-15 minutes for the car in front of me order to be taken so I could order. There were customers inside, so I figured that’s what the wait was. Then the car in front of me finally ordered and pulled around and I pulled up and the kid working told me they were closed. I asked when they closed because I know this isn’t in compliance with their hours of operation and their welcome open sign was literally on when I got there. “We’re closing early today” Well maybe post a sign somewhere so people don’t waste their time sitting in your ridiculously slow drive through. So I told him I had been waiting for a while and all he had to say was “Sorry. We’re closed”. The car in front of me got their order taken and pulled around, but I guess I’m not as valuable as a customer? Or an inconvenience to the workers? As someone who works in management, anytime we have to close early we always make sure to take everyone in line and clearly make it known to customers of the inconvenience to not waste their time. Poor management at its finest. Took my service elsewhere and won’t be back.

I get in moods when I eat subway on my lunch break 3/4 days out of the week. I always come in around 12-1pm and the staff (two older men and a woman) are always extremely nice to me and you can tell they work hard as a team, especially during a rush. They prioritize getting people their orders as quickly as possibly, and one of them tries to remember what I get because I always get the same thing. I feel bad that I don’t know their names but I appreciate all of their hard work!Parking: Parking can be tight, especially if the drive thru has a line, I always try to park at the spot closest to the entrance to avoid getting stuck.
