When it took a few minutes for someone to come from the back I should have left. The man was rude and only gave me 2 scoops of tuna and every other subway always gives me 3! When I asked about it he said I would have to pay extra I started to walk out. But I'm going to call corporate! Subway is one of my favorite places to eat cause EAT FRESH!! BUT this location is definitely one of the worst. It's in a great location and looks fantastic but the service was 2 thumbs ???? down

I wish this place was under completely new management or it would just shut down. It made no sense to remodel this place and not change anything in regards to the level of service you provide people. The quality of the food (toppings) are horrible, and the customer service is trash. I live within walking distance of this place, and I get in my car and drive all the way to Lauren’s Rd Subway because the service and food toppings at this one is so bad. The very last time I went here I got a fountain drink, and I looked in the cup, and it was black particles (huge) in my Sprite. I never stepped foot back in this nasty place. I don’t know if these folks are family or what, but they need to shut down. They should not be serving customers in any capacity at all. This entire area is starting to really boom, and it’s no need in wasting an entire suite providing bad food and customer service. Let another business have that space that will provide good, fresh, clean food, and good customer service.

this is my second time coming to this subway and l get off of work at 8-8:30pm sometimes and this is the closest subway near my job and online it says they close at 9:30pm, just for the girl to say we’re closed when CLEARLY it says 9:30pm on the website and at the front door! l walked in at 8:50pm just for her to turn me back around and this is my second time going through this at this same location, and then l seen her do the same to the guy that went inside after me. ridiculous & that is not okay. l walked in there and everything was already put up, l was honestly upset because i was craving subway so bad. lol #pregnancylife but please do better hudson subway. l get it you want to go home but don’t have your website and front door say you close at 9:30pm if you’re gonna turn off the open sign at 9pm. makes no sense.

Crew members seem clueless of the subway app and wouldn’t take my code for a coupon promotion! Completely just rude! I will never visit this location again!

After waiting for 4 other people to place their order, when it was my turn, the clerk told me they don't take coupons! The coupon was from my local paper and it was a Subway closest to my house?? It makes no sense.We've never had this happen when we travel and use a coupon. I could have ordered, but chose to leave and get a full price sandwich at Arby's. Sale lost and customer lost! Please post a sign that you don't take your company's coupons!Kid-friendliness: Not very friendly or considerate employees!

Toppings offered do not appear to be fresh. Lettuce is brown and spinach was slimy. Would normally add green peppers and cucumbers, but opted against it because of appearance.

Walked in the store and looked at the meats and other toppings. They were nasty and old looking, especially the tomatoes and lettuce. Asked the lady behind the counter if they had fresh lettuce and tomatoes she said no. Disgusting. Walked out and went to dominoes pizza next door.

Went to subway for a good fresh sub. I started my day off bad due to my latent divorce, but ended it on a high note when I a bit into my Meatball sandwich! The white girl with nose piercings and dark hair making my sandwich was very helpful and assisted me and my partner with audibly saying topping choices because of his visual impairment; and gave me a good recommendation on cookie flavor.

The employees at this location do not practice properly hygiene when handling food. I came in and noticed both employees were sitting outside, likely smoking, and the guy walked in shortly after I did, and walked right behind the counter and put on gloves. He didn’t even wash his hands. I’m surprised this place is even passing a health inspection. I do not recommend this location.

When I walked in to get a sandwich it was as if the manager did not want me there at all. It was middle of the day so it wasn't close to closing and whenever I go in it's usually someone else. But the manager kept trying to push it along like I was just gonna get cheese and nothing else on a foot long. He also kept sighing and looking past me to watch TV while I tried to explain what I wanted.
