Chicken was under cooked and they charged me $16 for a large fresco bowl with nothing extra added no drink or anything. Tried to call and no one will answer the phone I looked the prices up and the price is 11.99 so where did the extra $4 come from??

I ordered a South of the Border bowl - regular. It has small and few chunks of chicken and the beans were a $1 extra. A bowl that is meant to be hispanic with guacamole, salsa, and rice charges you extra for beans. I think that's crazy.

Went today for lunch (12:30) take out.Guy working the line seemed to be frustrated and said a few bad words. Lady took over the line and made my meals. She was throwing the bowls together. Food had been prepared and appeared to have been sitting for awhile. Chicken was inedible along with the plantains. We were very disappointed and hated to throw our lunch away. Really has gone down hill.
