I ordered the new orange frosty and it tasted horrible to the point I couldn't drink it. I took it up to the counter and told them it was bad and didn't taste right. I asked to switch it to a chocolate frosty and he said no switching because you don't like the way it tastes you have to buy a new one. I told him nevermind I would go across the street and get a chocolate milkshake. The orange frosty went in the trash.

Me and my family went through the drive through, when we got to the speaker to order our food we ask to hold on for a second to read the menue. The person on the register heard us talk and put in an item I did not want to order. When I asked if we could cancel this item he got upset and told me they couldn't remove it from the order. I told him again that this is not what I wanted to order and some lady answered really rudely, yelling telling me they would not take it of the order. So I left. This was rude and unprofessional. Won't go there again.

Wendy’s food is good as usual, though some of it had to be sent back to have it warmed up. What was alarming was that an employee was vaping in the kitchen area, and another employee was working with his pants hanging down around his thighs with his bloomers fully exposed. This may be culturally acceptable in some areas, but this kind of dress and vaping or smoking in a restaurant is unacceptable.

Took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the drive through. When I said "hello?" to the speaker I was yelled at by whoever was taking my order. Order and payment went smooth but had to wait about 7-8 more minutes for my food to come out. Yet somehow my burger was still cold. At 8:30pm you'd think service would be a little better but I guess not.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with an attitude, seems like the cashier was too busy playing on her phone. I ordered the double stack biggie meal with a chicken sandwich and she was quick to ring it up which was nice. I got my cup for a drink and their drink machine only had root beer and Powerade plus it sounded like the machine was about to shut down. Went to find a table to sit at and every table was dirty so I cleaned a table and sat down. Got my food and the only thing right on the tray was the nuggets and fries. I ended up getting a regular chz burger with nothing on it and it felt like it was sitting out for awhile, also the chicken sandwich was cold to touch. Went to get it fixed and it looked like they just threw it together quick, my second bite into the burger was cold and I decided to eat everything else and just toss the rest. Would have to say this was not a good experience.

Interesting that when you pull up at night, the employees are standing outside around one car watching ppl pull up to the drive through and then leave. Nobody inside. If it says open until 12, they close at 11. If it says open until 1am, they close around midnight. This happens all the time! These lazy and pathetic employees working late night at the Greer location are costing you so much business! Maybe someone from corporate should check on the employees stealing time from the company and let them go. What a waste of employees...get some employees that actually want to work and not just steal from the company.
