Don't order shrimp took them 20 minutes! Why even bother. ! Terrible service! Toook 15 mins in drive through only 2 cars in front ! They all were standing around looking at each other! The 3 Stoogies!!

Store wasn't busy at all yet they were running around like they had a full store. I can see on my tray where they put Cole slaw and dumped it back out bc I ordered it all fries. Gave me the wrong sauce on my chicken and didn't give me any dipping sauce. Multiple times they have messed up.

I ordered 4 finger chicken finger plate, got over charged for it, didn’t even get my correct order and they make you pull over because they’re lazy. To top it all off I got food poisoning. Don’t even say sorry you guys are a joke.

If there is a line, expect them to mess your order up. I ordered a Club which comes with Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon and Cheese, but asked for no bacon ; they gave me two slices of bread with a chicken tender on it NOTHING ELSE. These guys and girls need to be trained on how to work under pressure. I'll rather you take your time than rush and mess up. Read your tickets.

It's a Zaxby's. It's not the best Zaxby's or the worst Zaxby's so the food is just... Zaxby's (where R U Cane's!!)I will say...The service at this location is not usually the best....but it has its moments of greatness.I go to this one because it's the closest to my home and there isn't a Raising Cane's within 100 miles of here!!

My autistic 5 yr old had to use the restroom during our visit to make a bowel movement. An EMPLOYEE was hogging the stall VAPING! Bc of this my child had an accident. This is unacceptable. Your team should be ashamed.

The people behind the counter were friendly. The chicken fingers and fries tasted like badly burnt oil. The meal was inedible and I threw it out.

Absolutely horrible! Did online order & curbside pickup. Order was not ready when I arrived about 25 minutes later. Finally called inside after about 10 minutes of waiting in curbside pickup & yes I let them know online when I arrived. When I called I was told they had just opened & would have my order ready immediately. Another 10 to 15 minutes went by with no order for me. In the meantime people that arrived after me were pulling off with their orders. One of the employees approached my car & said they were working on my order & it would be out shortly. After about 15 more minutes I called inside AGAIN & was told they WERE ABOUT TO BEGIN WORKING ON MY ORDER!!! After Another 15 to 20 minutes of seeing people pull in beside me & a few minutes later leave with their orders I AGAIN called inside. Was told AGAIN FOR THE 3rd or 4th Time (I lost count) they were ABOUT TO BEGIN WORKING ON MY ORDER!!! Bear in mind it was placed online!!! FINALLY AFTER OVER AN HOUR I DROVE AWAY with my order!!! Won’t be going back to this Zaxbys anytime soon!!!

This zaxbys has disappointed me again..12 dollars for a salad and drink and only had 6 small pieces of chicken and the bowl wasnt even full of lettece and egg roll was burnt, no tomatoes,no onions, no cucmbers...management needs to check what and how they are sending food out...go to the clock in greer and get a salad u can make 2 meals out of...

What is happening to Zaxbys? Stopped in tonight..went to the drive thru..girl taking my order was like a robot, no welcome no thanks no response to my order. When I pull up the two girls at the window are absolutely lifeless. she opens the window to hand me my bag with not a single word, eyes were looking away from me..almost throws it at me. I said THANK YOU, which got the window shut in my face. Again no thanks, or even a glance. The food was great.. but I will never, ever go to zaxbys again. This is the second time I've been here recently and the exact rude and lifeless service. Reading many 1 star reviews this is apparently an issue that is being overlooked by the franchise owner. No thanks there's chicken sandwich/finger places on every corner lately..zaxbys used to have smiling faces and at least someone that said thank you, gladly will skip zaxbys going forward.

I went thru the drive thru tonight and the service was terrible. The lady running the window was rude, and just threw the bag of food at me and shut the window without saying a word. I’ll spend my money at a friendlier establishment.
