These are the laziest workers I have EVER come across. Every single night if you order past 8:45pm, they close at 10pm…. TURN EVERY CAR AWAY and say that they don’t have “chicken fingers, wings, or salads.” I tried to order something else, they just told us they were out of that too. If this would have happened once, I would have thought it was true. But it’s EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. after 8:45. They clean the fryers and don’t want to have to clean them. 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. Once in the drive thru I waited 35 minutes Needed up having to walk in and saw 6 of the 8 employees on sitting down and take a “break”…. From what will always be a mystery. They have no management and no one who actually cares about customer service. If I was the owner, I would take the money I would have made from the orders they turn away, out of their pockets. Then maybe they would care

I went through the drive through about 9:00 PM. I ordered the Big Zax Meal. I end up having to go back around to the window because I was not satisfied with my food. The fries were cold and hard. The chicken seems like it had been sitting under the warmer and the toast was disgusting. I was disappointed because I paid to get quality food. I will be returning the order tomorrow because I didn’t even eat the food. I also wonder why the doors were locked at that time because I initially tried to go inside.

Went through the drive through which took way too long. I ordered and the lady did not tell me they were out of filets for the sandwich. So I got two chicken strips on a bun instead. Then the woma on the phone gave me attitude when I called about it. The staff stay on their phones and don’t care about their customers.

Ordered through the drive thru, I pulled up to the window to pay and was told “I can’t take your gift card right now”It would have been nice to be told that before ordering. Gift cards are a common gift around the holiday, it’s nice when you can actually use them.
