My husband and I recently had breakfast at this location. It was very disappointing. The gravy was cold, the bacon under cooked and the hashbrowns were not crispy. Just seemed like it was made in a hurry. I have had better at this local. I hope its better next time.

Terrible customer service tonight(02/06/24 from 8:30-8:50). My family and I went in, sat down for a whole 26 minutes and NO ONE even acknowledged us. It was barely anyone in there.

If you're looking for a place that can turn your breakfast frown upside down, Huddle House in Hampton is the pancake paradise you never knew you needed!First off, let's talk about the pancakes. I'm convinced the chef has a magical pancake wand because these things are fluffier than my grandma's favorite pillow. I half-expected them to float away, but instead, they stayed firmly on my plate, ready to be devoured. If angels made breakfast, these pancakes would be on the menu. Now, the omelettes – they're like a secret society of eggs conspiring to make your taste buds do the cha-cha. I had the Western omelet and I swear I found joy in every bite. The veggies were fresher than a morning dew, and the cheese... let's just say it was the glue holding together the masterpiece of my breakfast dreams. The service? Well, it was as friendly as a golden retriever at a puppy party. The staff at Huddle House genuinely seems to love their job, and it shows. My sweet tea cup never had a chance to be empty, and the smiles were more infectious than my uncle's bad jokes.Ambiance-wise, picture this: a cozy little spot where the walls are decorated with pancake-themed art, and the scent of bacon wafts through the air like a warm breakfast hug. It's like entering a carb-induced nirvana – a place where calories don't count, and laughter is the only currency. In conclusion, if you're in Hampton and your morning needs a serious upgrade, head to Huddle House. You'll leave with a full belly, a happy heart, and quite possibly, a new appreciation for the art of pancake perfection. Huddle House, you're the real MVP of breakfast joints!

Let me start by writing that I’ve been coming to this huddle house for over 20 years and I come for the great tasting food. As I entered the restaurant the tables have not been cleaned form previous customers. I waited until my time to be serviced a you lady asked if I was picking up my order or dine in. I responded and said that I’m sitting in. The young lady stated that they are busy and that she will sit me down when someone will clean the table’s directly in the other side of the register. Nearly 25 minutes went by I’m still standing directly at the register a family walked in and immediately the table was cleaned off for them. I went the to same young lady and advised that I was still waiting for the table to be cleaned and she responded that’s not my section. I asked to speak with a manager that was cooking on the grill who called I guess the young lady assigned to the section on the other side of the register. I finally received my order nearly 1 hour. Owner it’s a training issue and your food is awesome but customer service are in need of assistance. Have a blessed rest of your day.

I recently wrote a review of HUDDLE HOUSE in BARNWELLHUDDLE HOUSE in BARNWELL is my go to place if I'm feeling down, they always give you a lift very accommodating I had only frequented the HUDDLE HOUSE in HAMPTON 1 x before last Sunday. It was simply a matter of convenience, because my grocery stores are in Hampton. On Sundays in this area restaurant availability is limited many restaurant. Do you shut down on Sundays. I was at the grocery store, decided to go into that huddle house because it was closer.I WALKED OUT WITHOUT ORDERING To begin with when I got there, parking was very limited. There was major police activity taking over most of the parking lot to the left side of the building. I went inside with that greeted by anyone as I am when I go into the Barnwell location. I seeded myself I am mediately look for the $5.95 menu. IT WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. There was only one waitress after several minutes of her, not even acknowledging my existence. I tried to get her attention to ask about the menu. She wouldn't answer me. I then asked one of the cooks, who also ignored me find the second cooking for me they do not have a $5.95 menu.Again, for convenience, I would've stayed there and eaten set for the fact the waitress continue to ignore me 15 minutes past. I finally told the waitress can I at least have a cup of coffee? In a snarly, sarcastic tone, she told me to wait a minute she was the only one there Give me that there really are no other nearby restaurants on Sunday morning to only have one waitress. you need to question staffing policies. do you only have one nasty waitress on Sunday morning is unforgivable.I waited another 10 minutes no waitress no coffee didn't even know where the waitress was . I got up and walked over to wear her station is and she was wrapping utensils and napkins and putting them in plastic bags. I asked her again about my coffee and was sarcastically told to just sit down and she would get to me she was busy.I went and sat down. I was not waiting much longer at this point however, there was an elderly couple, walked in. The waitress knew them. She addressed the gentleman by name and ask if he's like coffee and got his coffee. Soon after a large group of family group that took up three tables came in and again she this time she knew the woman's name as asked if she and her husband would have a coffee and what would the kids like to drink? my understand if this point I've been there, over 20 minutes she wouldn't even acknowledge my existence.I got out and left. The food at huddle house is superior and I wanted huddle house for breakfast so I drove over 40 minutes back to Barnwell I walked into HUDDLE HOUSE in BARNWELL I was met Dana's beautiful smile and warm welcomeI drink iced coffee they don't serve iced coffee but I get ice and coffee soon as I walked in dealing with wanted to know if I want to buy ice in my coffee what would I like for breakfast this morning, Dana asked if she handed me the $5.95 menu (who won the Hampton location does not have) This is within five minutes of my entering the restaurantIn my haste to leave the Hampton Huddle house I left behind my prescription sunglasses. It was a long way back to Hampton, but I wouldn't go in there even to get my sunglasses. I have been treated so badly. I was sharing my experience in that restaurant with Dana the family at the next table chimed in.THEY LIVE IN HAMPTON 40 MILES AWAY THEY CAME TO A BARNWELL FOR BREAKFAST BECAUSE OF BETTER SERVICE NICER WAITRESSES AN OVERALL FAMILY ATMOSPHERE, UNLIKE THE HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT AT THE HAMPTON LOCATIONI also shared with DANA the fact that I left my sunglasses behind. That's how I came to know the people at the next table were from Hampton. They took my address and said they were gonna stop by there to see if my glasses were there. they took my address and said they would mail them to me, I have not received them. ADDING INSULT TO INJURYI did call the corporate office of huddle house to report my experience, and also to tell if my gla
