Oh boy, hold onto your taste buds and your funny bone because I've got a finger-lickin', thigh-slappin', positively hilarious review for the KFC in Hampton, SC! So, there I was, craving a meal that would make my taste buds dance like they were auditioning for "So You Think You Can Taste?" And what better place to satisfy that craving than the KFC in Hampton? I recently ordered their 8-piece family meal with dark meat, and let me tell you, it was a comedy show for my taste buds!I decided to go for the 4-piece thighs because, well, life's too short not to indulge in the juiciest, tastiest chicken you can find. My son, being the drumstick aficionado he is, tackled the 4 legs like he was in a drumming competition - a true chicken drum-off!But let's talk about those thighs - they were so juicy and flavorful, it was like they'd been training in a Flavor Gym their whole lives, doing chicken push-ups and squats in deliciousness! They were so tender; they practically melted in my mouth. I couldn't help but do a little chicken dance right there in the restaurant! Now, let's get to the sides. I had the mac and cheese, and folks, let me tell you, it's like they've got a macaroni maestro in the back crafting cheesy symphonies. It's the kind of mac and cheese that'll make you want to write a love song to your fork. Creamy, cheesy, and downright heavenly! And then there's the mashed potatoes and gravy. They need a whole comedy show dedicated to them. Those potatoes are so smooth and fluffy; it's like they've been whipped into a cloud of spud-tastic goodness. And the gravy? Well, it's so good that it's probably in talks for its own gravy reality show. Seriously, it's the kind of gravy that makes you want to dive in and take a mashed potato bath. So, to sum it up, my KFC experience in Hampton, SC, was nothing short of a delicious comedy. From the juicy thighs to the mac and cheese that deserves an Oscar, and those mashed potatoes and gravy that need no introduction, it was a meal that left me grinning from ear to ear. KFC, you've done it again, and I can't wait for the sequel - "KFC: The Return of the Flavor." Bravo, Hampton KFC, bravo!

I Go Inside. It's Empty, a Nice Woman Take's my Order An Even Helped Me out With What I Should Try. Again Empty. That Mean's I Was The Only One In There. The Drink Machine Was Acting up. So I Had Someone From Behind the counter Help Me Out. So I'm Waiting. More People Come In, They Get What They Ordered an as they were walking out of the door more people came in. they ordered an they walked out. now more people. I'm standing there. 20 min Later. I got My Order. I opened The Bag An Counted The Item's in the Bag, I pulled Everything out of The Bag an Someone Ask's me what are you missing? what?? All Of This Is food is Rapped. Like I know what's Missing. The Woman That Took My Order Was Really Nice. They Just Don't Care. The Chicken Sandwich Was Really SOGGIE. The Order Was Bad An What A Waist of $20.00. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1- STAR

I have had a horrible experience from this KFC I bought two of there fill up boxes and everything that supposed to go in it.But how the boxes are set up supposed to be divided from each food touching each other so the person the lady that made the food had just threw the food in there, with no divided between each other and only gave me two biscuits and one of the boxes. The other box did not have two biscuits. It was missing two biscuits and plus the biscuits was not cook. They were still like dough. I had to put them in the oven she did not give no dipping sauce at all for the nuggets and I would like my money back, and I’ve been calling the KFC corporate office and I made a complaint and nothing still haven’t been done yet and this was July 3 of this year and management has not contact me. I have called the store. The phone just rang. Nobody answers , they have no empathy for anybody they don’t care they just throw your food in the bag or the box and like there you go like I was a dog or something I don’t give my money away for free just to be treated like a dog.

The company is horrible and disorganized good luck getting a someone to properly train you, there is NO FLEXIBITY (they lie in the interview) Corporate doesn’t know right hand from left, they like to play the idk game a lot. They let members of their team degrade and speak down to you, shift leaders have an foul oder, food sit for hrs, especially the livers, back of the store is disgusting and smells like sewer water mixed with spoil chicken juice.Every car that comes thru drive thru gets pulled.

I went to This KFC last night at 9:35 PM trying to find something for my family to eat after a late baseball game. I was so happy to see that there was no long line like the local McDonald's and Hardees. I went through the drive through only to be told that they were not taking any orders during the last 30 minutes. I really didn't understand. Does your closing hour mean that you walk out the door at that time? It has been my experience at other restaurants that you serve every customer that comes through until the closing hour. I am sure the managers are unaware the this closing policy that the employees have adopted. If they do this every night they are causing this establishment to lose a lot of money.

I normally eat the taco side but decided to get chicken. They were out of food items. The chicken was not good and must have been sitting out for a while. The lemonade was basically water. The last time I went there, they were not taking orders. I don't go here as much as I used to but the service and attitude of some staff could use some improvement.

The only good thing we got was the coleslaw. We did not receive the advertised quantity of chicken strips. The chicken strips were thin and not breaded with KFC batter.... definitely not extra crispy as advertised. The macaroni was dried out and nasty. The mashed potatoes were dried out and the gravy was thin as water and nasty. The biscuits were dry and stale. This was the most disgusting meal that I have ever received from KFC!

Needs new management..BAD. I refuse to go back at this point. Employees are usually rude and always unprofessional. You’re having a good visit if they actually get your food correct. Typically not the hottest or the freshest, yet EVERY TIME you go you’re pulled to the double doors to wait 30mins for your food. To usually be wrong anyways. Avoid at all cost.

Opens at 10:30 I went at 10:45 and then again after 11:00.A worker in the parking lot said they were not open both times but did not say why and did say when they would open.then she went inside. The worker was not friendly.

Travis

Place is a joke. Got to wait 20 mins on chicken and then they won’t give you the pieces you’re ordered/asked for. Definitely need new management and some more training.
