I absolutely hate this McDonald's for the LACK of service they provide during breakfast! Several mornings I've stopped by after 530am (it's Several cars parked outside you even see the workers inside) and no one ever comes to the drive thru. They don't even come acknowledge you're there to let you know what's going on or why they haven't taken your order yet

This automated thing at the drive thru says order when you’re ready. I’m there and of course I’m ready but no one is on the headset to take the take the order. I told an employee and he said oh that’s just a recording. Well, it shouldn’t say order when you’re ready. Right or wrong?

There was nowhere on the kiosk to order a specialty peppermint coffee. The fries were undercooked. We ordered a burger without onions, but it came with onions.

Once again order All wrong had to remake 3 times,I'm sitting in drive thru now waiting for them to fix it.Pray for me and them.No apology or nothing.7 minutes in drive thru 10:00pm until 10:10 pm now.Perusal 11/17/2023 the service was trash and for that reason I asked for a refund. The ghetto girl with the raggedy blue hair told me that I don't want no smoke,girl you looked infected so you right,but what was going to do hit me with a Big Mac Box????And Ralph is by far the Worst manager that I have ever encountered may his mom soul rest in peace.

The wait was long, food was cold. I was given the wrong drink. When I told the young lady it was wrong she insisted the lemonade was mixed in. I first ordered the Crib I was told they weren't doing Mcribs even though they are advertised. Not pleased at all.
