It's been open and gladly serving customers for a long time. The economy has hurt all of our town's restaurants and businesses. They have a sweet sign near the door asking patrons to be patient because they have a staff shortage.
In the past 3 weeks when you ask for extra meat seems like it gets less and less on subs. When I questioned it I was told they go by charts and if I was getting more before someone was doing something they wasn't supposed to be doing.

The food I ordered was a whole number 15. As usual the food was great and had the same classic flavor of the boomer. However, when I entered the business no eye contact was made nor a greeting was ever offered. Finally, the cashier after dialing a phone in front of me before even speaking to me took my order.
