The service was okay, but the food was not. The store was a mess. It might have been after a rush or something (9:15am). There was one pot of weak, regular coffee on the drink counter. No decaf. When we asked about decaf, they pointed to that one pop, that clearly said regular. No tea. Napkins, straws everywhere. Spilled liquids, melting ice on drink station. Tables were not cleaned. This was the very first time I pulled out of the drive thru completely satisfied! The best service I have received at this Hardee's. I truly wish I got the man's name that made this experience over a Frisco Breakfast sandwich worth writing about.

Not satisfied, ordered a 2 for 5 deal and only wanted a small fries which would have totaled $7.29 plus taxes. The cashier rung up a combo meal which came out to $9.90 and insisted that it was the better deal. I don’t drink sodas, however she insisted I get it. She didn’t know how to change the order and another staff came over and also insisted I get the combo. After just being frustrated, I took the meal and threw away the soda.
