Great place to eat if you only want buffet. But as to seafood? The only "seafood" was fried fish. Probably whiting, which was good, but I was expecting shrimp & other "seafood", especially because they had cocktail sauce. It's really more "country cookin", done well tho. Good salad bar & several deserts. Not really a seafood place.

Grew up eating here and I'm disappointed that it's just not what it used to be. Don't know why, but my mac and cheese tasted a bit sweet. The butter beans tasted " off". Fried chicken was good. Husband said fried pork chop was chewy but did have good flavor. Salad bar is always good but I used to get some of their tuna fish on the salad bar because it was always very good but it wasn't on the bar the day we were there. Really good sweet tea and girls who wait tables are very sweet. This place has become "hit or miss"... Sometimes you catch it on a good day and the next time, not so much.

Arrived at the restaurant fifteen minutes before opening on Thanksgiving day, and the line was wrapped around the building. It only took about thrifty minutes, and we had plates in hand and headed to have a seat. Food read great, and the service was awesome.They did actually great job of keeping food maintained on the buffet and smiles in the crowd! Great way to have a home cooked holiday dinner, with all the country fixings!!First time here and won't be our last. Can't wait to come on a Monday or Friday and enjoy the seafood buffet!! Great experience!!Vegetarian options: My oldest grandchild had a large selection, between the vegetables on the buffet, to the salad bar, that they had two platefuls of food. Big smiles for all!!Parking: The parking lot was full, but there was plenty of spots from the back lot to parking across the street.Kid-friendliness: Nana's nineteen, eighteen, and five year olds were happy campers, and seeing those smiling faces was just what I needed to make my day complete!
Love their fried chicken, all the food they serve is authentic and delicious..the waitstaff and hostess were amazing also..one of my favorite places to eat..

I was there when doors opened, placed my take out order and asked if I could have the fried chicken put in separate container so it wouldn't go soggy. I waited 40 minutes on the food ,the chicken was NOT in a separate container ,I asked for hush puppies, I got biscuits. I can understand a little mistake but this is unacceptable. I choose to go somewhere else next time
