This place has changed a lot since they opened, unfortunately. They used to tell you that it would be a few minutes for your order because every order was cooked fresh. And no one minded the wait. But they no longer cook to order. Oftentimes, the food is not the freshest. Really wish they would go back to the "old" way of doing things.

The drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building so I went inside. I ordered my 2 meals one with Zax sauce and one without substitute ranch. I get home to find watery Cole slaw dumped in my box next to my hot chicken and fries and one container of ranch. No zax sauce at all. Frustrating!Parking: Difficult to find parking when arriving and Difficult to leave bc of the drive-thru traffic.

People here can’t count and cannot manage a fast food restaurant and gives messed up orders almost every order I was the only car there today and they still manage to give the wrong order and I ordered the great 8 pc boneless wings and I only got 5 pc and it looks like someone ripped half the bread off and is also burnt I am ashamed to say that’s a decent place to eat

The food is seasoned, plentiful and delicious. You come back from lunch feeling refreshed and full?? 4.5 ?
Drive theu: Ordered wings & things, children tender plate and 1 Cobb salad 1 house salad.Had to park and walk the chicken and tender plates back in. Wings & Things plate had about 8 fries in box and was missing 2 tenders.Tender plate missing slaw and also had kids size fries.

First time trying zaxby's. Cashier was friendly, food took a bit of time but we did come at lunch time so they were busy. The seating area was a little crowded... felt like the tables were on top of each other. Not much room to move around with chairs pulled out and people sitting. Once food came it was actually pretty good... hubby tried the spicy chicken sandwich (wasn't spicy at all)but was good he said. I tried the nibblers with fried pickles. Sandwiches were good, pickles were alright. Fries had like a old bay type seasoning and were pretty good as well.

My review from yesterday being removed further proves the Hartsville, SC location does not care for feedback. Customer service is clearly a joke to them! They will repeatedly get your order wrong, overcharge you and refer to you as a “lying B!tch” when confronted about these inconveniences. Lakeah (the manager at the window with the looney tunes sweatshirt) confirmed the little girl Alexis that took my order did in fact roll her eyes and accuse me of lying but claimed the very loud “b!tch” part of that complaint was about someone else. They ALL thought it was HILARIOUS to screw up, blame the guest, and make them wait while degrading them with lies and profanity. This occurred Sunday evening November 19th and I’ll clearly have to follow up myself since this site deletes only bad reviews.

10/10 costumer service and food, I'm trying youuuu, you can never go wrong at zaxbys I been thinking abt eating there all day long and omg that food was so good. I got the #1/ big zax snack and I'm telling youuu it's so worth it and it's only like 8$ and it gets you full.
