Called to place a to go order after a long day. Told 30-40 mins. Ok. An hour and a half later. Nothing. Call the store, lol, why waste the time doing that, bc they do not answer. So I drove there, told me my pizza was being currently delivered. They had a terrible attitude. I drove home. 20 minutes later still nothing. Tried calling, realized that's useless. Pizza gets delivered. Ice cold, burnt, and not even what I ordered. SO, currently driving this disgrace of a pizza back to them to remake in front of me. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery drivers. Terrible management.

Ordered pizzas at 6:30. At 7:45 we received notification that pizza was delivered, but we did not receive. We called and they said they cleared all orders and it would be 20 minutes. They didn't show up until 8:50pm.

You must avoid this store at all costs. These guys don't know how to make good pizzas. Period. Their pizzas look and taste like microwave-made pizzas. I have been to 20 different Domino's, and all of them maintain certain quality standards. However, our pizza was inedible,and we had to throw it out. The topping meats were even undercooked, which can be a health hazzard. Domino's should close this store immediately.

I spoke to the General manager after they completely messed up my order. She did not care at all the customer service made me feelLike I'm worthless ? I spent over $100 and tipped very well. still was treated worse than a field slave!! Sooo sad this is what the leadership acts like no wonder my food was all wrong

nothing about this order deserved a rating, pizza was almost uneatable, delivery guy did not know where to go despite being within walking distance of store and the personnel were extremely rude when i complained about service and actually hung up on me and it`s very expensive for what you get, never

Waited just to get the wrong pizza. Called the restaurant and was told the driver was coming back. Waited some more just to get a text that the order was canceled and refunded. Now I have a cold, dry pizza I did not order and upset children.

This was an awful experience. We ordered and waited a little while before going to establishment. We had to wait a while longer at the establishment and he took pizza out of oven while we were there. Once we got to hotel, it was the worst pizza I have had in a long time. It was very very dry. One of the pizza's we ordered was Philly cheese steak and I never want to order this ever again. It looked like it had been in oven too long.

Took over 2 hours for food, it was ice cold, and barely any toppings. I tried calling the store over and over again and no one would answer. Horrible!!
The worst!!! Ordered food at 6:45 they told me 40 minutes, food shows up 2 hrs later! Cold. Driver told me to call for refund today and kid tells me I should’ve known they had 1 driver and that it’s a holiday weekend so somehow I should be aware of these things and my money won’t be refunded unless I drive over and bring in the food which we already tossed last night. Maybe just maybe they should hire more drivers?!? Don’t waste your money here.

Tried to place an order for 30 minutes, called the store and they were entirely unhelpful. Direct quote, “honestly, no idea. Call the corporate helpline.” When I did, there is no option to speak to a representative. Finally was able to place my order, but it’s been an hour since I was told my pizza is ready. It still hasn’t been delivered and I’ve been waiting on hold to speak to someone at the store for 10 minutes now. Truly could not be having a worse experience with this place.
