A must stop for us when we are here. The Coffee Marinated Ribeye is my absolute favorite steak anywhere. The meatballs are also killer. There are plenty of other options as well. Plus they sell the dry ingredients for the marinade. :)

This visit was disappointing and we are fans of this restaurant. When I booked, I specifically asked for a round table if they had any (couldn't remember what tables are in back) and if not, NOT a booth since we have seniors that find it extremely difficult to "scoot". We had a 7:15 reservation, arrived at 7:05 and were told 2 tables were about to pay and then we'd be seated. At about 7:30, I went to the hostess to check on our table. When she looked at her screen, she was puzzled because we were marked as already seated. While that was a bit unfortunate because we have the seniors that prefer to eat earlier, it was OK because hostesses are human and mistakes happen. We weren't seated until almost 8:00! IN A BOOTH. Our 3 seniors were extremely uncomfortable. Our server Jess was very pleasant and attentive - zero complaints about her service. Most everyone enjoyed their food choices. One person ordered a medium rare petite filet. It was such a bad cut of meat, using a steak knife was a struggle. Jess took it back and returned with a ridiculous explanation from the kitchen that the meat would be more tender if cooked longer. Kitchen wanted to know if she wanted it cooked more or a new piece. Obviously a bogus explanation and a terrible question to ask. It took so long for the new meal to be delivered, everyone else was finished eating and we were ready to pay. That person didn't eat any dinner and got it to go. Jess said that the filet was comped which of course we appreciated. Only to find later that it wasn't comped at all. They DID charge for it. We live on the island, frequent many of the Serg restaurants and the takeout kitchen and have purchased the Community Strong card every year. We know how good you are and that's why this night was so disappointing.

First time there, very polite hostess and met Phil, the manager and Jennifer our waitress. Lots of options on the menu and were told to save room for dessert. I was told to try the filet by a local we just met. My filet was fantastic, exactly medium as requested and very flavorful. My wife had the Chicken Parmigiana and it was too much to eat at one sitting. Phil came back to check on us and we ended up getting dessert. The big chocolate cake was really big and so was the carrot cake. Loved everything and can't wait to get back!

FB is our go-to restaurant when friends come to visit. There is something for everyone on the menu, fantastic cocktails and good service. Plus it is easy to make reservations online. Win-Win.

Food wasn’t up to what we expected. Had to send back ribs that were served cold. Pasta seemed off as well. Service was outstanding, wasn’t waiters fault, but it killed the evening when one member waited for correction while others were finished. Won’t go back.

Great food, great atmosphere and had a great time with our server, Don, who, despite being an Alabama fan , was a delight. Hopefully someday he will come around and be part of the Michigan nation and become a even better person! Highly recommend.

We were looking forward to having prime rib for our anniversary, but it was the worst we’ve ever had. Mine looked like the end piece and was overcooked and tough. The restaurant service were fine, but food not very good. I have had much better prime rib at Outback.

Never been here, but never will return to Hilton Head without stopping here. Since we’re near water we order seafood. Both the Cod Savannah and Broiled trio were prepared in a lemon butter which was just right. The rice pilaf was delightful. It only could have been improved by something green on my plate or a small vegetable serving. We added the Tiramisu and a butterfinger Crunch cake for dessert. The servings could have been shared. Lucy was a delightful server. There was no way not to enjoy this experience.

Went with 4 adults, 3 children. Promptly seated with our reservation. Service was attentive. Varied menu, reasonably priced. The cranberry cocktail was just fair, tasted like watered down cranberry. The green fried tomatoes and the she crab bisque were excellent, as was the cheese garlic bread. The meatballs were mushy and not very tasty. The turkey dinner was awesome, extremely tender. The ribeye was also very good. The prime rib was tender, once it came out right. Ordered medium rare, came out obviously medium. Waitress took care of it but was charged for two dinners! Waitress took care of that as well Very pleasant experience

Just finished thanksgiving dinner at Frankie Bones. What a great job. Efficient, plenty of choices, above average portions, reasonably priced, and just an overall great experience. Just like a homemade turkey dinner with all the fixings. Absolutely loved it.

My husband , his Dad and I went to this Italian steakhouse on Hilton Head for their Thanksgiving menu. It was so nice to have multiple options and not the same old thing. They had a variety to please every palate and an option for appetizers, drinks and extra sides for the table if needed. Our server Dave was quite personable and definitely knew his craft well . I asked for his opinion and he happily gave it. I don’t do other people’s cornbread dressing but he said he really did like it so I took the leap of faith in good ole Dave. It was delicious. The turkey was moist and the gravy excellent. I honestly have never had green bean casserole because my own mother thought it was ridiculous to ruin a perfectly good green bean. I was going to just ask them to leave it off my plate but didn’t want to be any trouble so I let them bring it. I decided to give it a taste just to say I did and then I wound up wanting to lick that plate! It was outstanding! The two fellas both got the coffee rubbed ribeye medium rare and they both came out extremely rare. My husband didn’t mind because he leans more toward rare anyway but my father in law just couldn’t do it. Dave happily sent it back and they brought a new one along with a manager who stayed until she made sure it was right. Now that was service and all with a smile. Dessert was also well done. Thank you for taking the pressure off me and allows me to sit back and enjoy my family in a nice setting.

Poorly managed establishment. Lots of wait staff standing around talking to each other but still had low quality service while writing nearly an hour to get served a simple meal. Very disappointing.

Made an early reservation for Frankie Bones last Saturday because one of our party (my sister) wanted to order from early dining menu. She indeed ordered the prime rib (the early dining menu has a smaller prime rib but plenty for my sister). It was cooked perfectly for her and she loved it. My brother in law also ordered seafood spaghetti from the early dining menu and he enjoyed it. I ordered from the daily specials menu - Steak Diane. It was divine. It was flank steak, nice char outside but cooked perfectly, served with the Steak Diane sauce (a creamy cognac sauce) yummy fries and onion rings. It was delicious. We also ordered a Wiener schnitzel meal to go for someone that couldn’t make it to dinner - it was a very generous portion and he scoffed it down! Julia was our server, she did a great job.

Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. It is kinda pricy but food was worth it. I recommend going to restaurant. It was just my husband and myself. I don't give it 5 starts because I felt that it was a little over-rated.

My friend and I went to this restaurant based on the Trip Advisor reviews. I decided to get the 4 oz Petit Filet with the Bacon Bordelaise sauce. It was amazing! Totally would go back to get that again next time I'm in town. The side of herb roasted potatoes were a little dry, and I got green beans instead of the creamed spinach. The service was great, Karen waited on us. We were greeted by very friendly hostesses, and even asked to change tables because the first table was very close to a heater (76 degrees today), and they moved us willingly. I'll go back again, I'd love to try the coffee marinated 16oz Ribeye. I wish I had room for dessert! There were quite a few to pick from on the menu. They have an Oktoberfest additional menu right now that looked pretty good.
