Ordered omelette w/grits, I got the omelette w/no grits. I told one of the guys and he just rolled his eyes, left and complaints about me to another guy. I ate the omelette by itself and 10min later when I got up to pay and leave I get thrown with a bad attitude a plate of potatoes on the counter. I left the plate there, got charged for the whole meal and left. I told the guy the issue and he said "you don't always get what you want". I guess you need the $5 more than me. No discount, no apologies or ethics for that matter.

Is Harold's a great place to eat. Absolutely. It is what an Ole school diner is all about. Good fresh food delivered fast. The food is cooked across the counter so you can see the process. I got the Big H and my wife, the pancakes. All delicious. The place is smaller than I thought but don't let that throw you off. Follow rule # 4 I think "Eat and get out" and you'll be fine. No time for family reunions. Lol. Everyone was nice and the prices reasonable.Parking: Smaller lot in front but more on side

It’s a northeast experience in the south with short order cooks and a full counter to observe your order being prepared. Cash only and don’t hold the door open otherwise you will hear about it oh and answer when they call out your name or “no soup for you!” The food is EXCELLENT and fresh. Best steak and eggs I’ve ever had! It’s fun!

What a neat place. You come in take a paper menu and mark what you want to eat and it is ready within 5 minutes. You sit at a bar and watch them cook it. Went there for breakfast. Quickest in and out of you are in a hurry.
