The ambience was perfect for the two of us. We visited in the off season so the restaurant was quite empty for our dinner time at 7pm. The hostess greeted us with a warm smile and showed us to our table. We were immediately served water. We sat with menus in hand for a considerable amount of time before our waiter arrived at our table. The wait time was not acknowledged by the waiter, but we were just happy to get our drink order and food order started. The presentation of the food and salads were great. Had my well done fillet been cooked to the temperature that I ordered as medium, I may have rated a little higher. My spouse's meal was great. The wait staff also did not circle back around after delivering the food to check on us to allow for this error to be corrected. We decided just to get the check. Service for the price point was very lacking, but the food was delicious outside of my overcooked filet.

We were at the restaurant for a special occasion and the staff there made sure that we had a memorable experience! Everything about our dinner was excellent - the food was perfectly prepared and delicious, the young woman from Chile who waited on our table was very professional and charming and even the young man who greeted us when we arrived was already aware of our special occasion and told us that he was planning to give us a memorable evening. My compliments to all of the HH Prime staff - well done!

We recently stayed at the Omni and sat at the bar at HH Prime one night for drinks and dinner. The atmosphere is upscale and relaxing. The bartender was very friendly and attentive. She made a great Martini. Best of all the food was excellent. We had the crab cake, shrimp cocktail, and a Cesar salad with chicken. The best food we had while in Hilton Head. Highly recommend.

Jodi was outstanding and the hostess that evening was really nice we were treated to glasses of champagne for our date night and took our pictures outdoors by the pools and fire pit.

The decor was very nice. The servers were very attentive, but not overly so. The food was fair but not worth the price. Perhaps it was the fact that it is winter and the resort was not very busy

We really enjoyed our date night. The Brown Derby was new to me, but may be my new favorite. The steaks and mashed potatoes were delicious as well as the crème brûlée. Thank you for a very nice evening.

Food was excellent! Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. Our waitress didn't know what a tree net allergy was so I think they need to train staff on allergies and how it can affect the customer.
I ordered a veal porterhouse and it was tough and fatty. Very disappointed! Husband's ribeye was delicious. Loved the atmosphere. Staff was great. Noise level - a little much too much. I believe there was a party in the open upstairs. A lot of drinking and yelling.

Where do I start... from entry being seated and offered a complimentary champagne toast for the birthday celebration by the manager William to continued phenomenal customer service from Barbara to the Executive Chef Jared's warm welcome and explanation of the new menu and complimentary birthday dessert. The perfected cooking of our entrees by Raul and accompaniments by Jose and the strongest drinks prepared by Jodi our experience was nothing short of amazing! HH prime is a must try if you're in Hilton Head. I had the She carb soup as an appetizer full of crab meat, the cream sauce with the right consistency. The new Zealand lamb chops as my entree prepared medium well-to well! They were tender and seasoned to perfection! 20 out of 10! This place superceded my expectations!
