Michele is AMAZING! Her cupcakes were phenomenal and she was so so great to work with. She made sure everything was perfect for our day, even though it was raining. 100% would recommend her if you are looking for some delicious cupcakes in SC.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Michele and Innovative Cake Creations! From the initial inquiry, Michele answered promptly and followed up with me to ensure that no detail was left unturned. We were visiting HHI from out of town so I needed someone who could nail the vision I had but also, make the process seamless. Her consultation call captured every nuance of what I was looking for and when I saw the cake, I couldn't believe my eyes-- we didn't even want to cut into it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a beautiful imprint on such a spectacular birthday trip for my daughter!

Michelle was lovely to work with. She brought the cake vision to life, combining concepts from two different pictures. We had a destination event in the area and needed someone to bake a cake for my mom's birthday. I didn't have a chance to visit beforehand to do taste tests, but Michelle delivered a beautiful and delicious cake to the venue and also included a guide to aid in cutting the cake up. Everyone enjoyed the cake. Thanks for a great job!

Hundreds of miles away I have a loved one, Carole who is turning 70. Need a Cake?!! -Let me tell you about my great experience definitely worth 100 stars!! I Google mapped 'businesses near Hilton Head Island in South Carolina' and saw "Innovative Cake Creations"- A cake maker!! ...birthday cake?!! --perfect a gift! -Who doesn't love cake on their birthday!Delivered! How creative!! - A cake delivered to your door -?!- - How many people do you know get something like this?! (Me? -no-one) (((((Side note : Can't promise this will happen -but we were lucky enough to have the artist herself deliver her masterpiece!.)))) All I had to do was call and describe what I wanted - chocolate- (with chocolate ganache icing layered inside) For the outside of the cake I described Carole and asked for a cake to honor her 70 years - I mentioned colors she liked, blues, yellows..., her career a French Teacher of many decades, Her favorite fruit flavors, lavender colors - and other then those details -I left it to the artist... The business owner, the Master Baker - Wow! she did not disappoint!!! She exceeded my expectations! It's a work of art - and you can tell by looking at it she put her heart into it- and after talking to her I know she did!! I will probably do this again next year! It was fun and meaningful to us both -leaving it to her artistic gift!! She's a cake designer, master baker, she's so creative! All you have to do is give her ideas and she does the rest. I used Innovative Cake Creations on five occasions - my son's wedding , my daughter's bridal shower, for my son-in-law's groom cake, my Mom's 80th birthday and also my other son's wedding. Michele is a true artist in her profession. Each cake she created was thoughtfully planned out, exquisitely made and was a unique creation tailored to each of the events and personality of the person for whom it was made. The flavors were incredibly delicious. The tiered cakes she so masterfully created had different cake flavors and fillings to satisfy everyone's palette. Michele took the time to really get to know the recipient of the cake and in each case delivered not only a beautiful cake creation, but one that was equally delicious. I was so surprised for my special birthday!!! A beautiful cake by Innovative Cake Creations. I love to sew, for fun and work.My custom cake was in my favorite colors. All the hand sculptured decorations were phenomenal!!! Thread, buttons, scissors and pincushion were life like.We stared at the cake for a half an hour and took many pictures. It was so difficult to cut into this beautiful cake.The cake was a delicious gluten free chocolate with ganache filling. Everyone ate it and didn’t now the difference. That’s how tasty it was!!!I have since been a repeat client and have ordered several mini cakes and cupcakes for gifts.The blueberry lemon and chocolate ganache are always a hit.Michele is so pleasant and knowledgeable she will work with you and make your dreams come true!!! I highly recommend Innovative Cake Creations..
