We visited the Hilton Head Jersey Mike’s! Whitney was so friendly and helpful! She greeted us as soon as we walked in with a huge smile and greeting! Such a pleasant experience and departure from other fast food restaurants on the island! Thank you Whitney! Give her a raise!

Very busy when there. Decided to try the Philly cheesteak and thought it was light on meat compared to other subs. Will stick to Italian. Asked for a cloth to wipe table and was given a dry towel which I then wet at the soda machine.

Good food. GREAT STAFF!I use the app to order. My sandwich is ready when I arrive I'm able to walk in pick up my drinks my chips and my sandwich and walk out. And the sandwiches are still real good.2024-01-24 once again I use the app to order. And whether you walk in and order in person or place an order by their Jersey Mike's app. It works well and the subs are delicious.?

My mom and I stopped in after a movie for a light lunch. We decided to share one and our club sandwich was delicious! The young men working were very friendly and cut our sandwich in half, so each piece could be prepared to our individual desires.

Today I visited Hilton Head Island and of course how not to go to Jersey Mike's for a sandwich, they are really good, I was amazed, the service is very good, there was only one guy and he was very friendly even though he was alone with so many orders, good job my congratulations for good work and good
We are fans of Jersey Mike's everywhere Was in Philly last month for a cheese steak, and Jersey Mike often compares well.... Not allowing for variables of shop in Philly and shop in HH Seems to be a trend of rudeness in HH Jersey Mike's, and inclined to favor a change in manager Always best to order online at Jersey Mike's -- assuming that counter person is not oblivious to customers Hate to see a franchise mismanaged... Decent product -- give it One chance and then bail.... Today - Just received apology from management -- They are improving -- will soon visit to talk with new manager

We ordered online at around a little after 8. They called and said their grill 'wasn't working' when we were almost there so we decided to go in anyway and then they said 'it was off' So I'm assuming they cleaned it already before they close at 9.

I don't know what is going on ? Every Friday I stop to pick up a #3 , in and out on 10 minutes , lest if is no one there , today was no one there and 20 minutes later I got my food , i be back when you get new and faster ppl

Good food, but not enough of it. I ordered a Giant sub and only got half. Yes, I enunciated the word Giant very clearly and loudly as well. Just be sure yousee what they're making you never assume they heard right. I ended up going half hungry.
