My wife and I ate here on a Friday night just after peak tourist season and were the only customers in the entire place. As you might imagine, the service was excellent. We enjoyed our food, thought the location was very pleasant, and had a satisfying experience all the way around. We'd be willing to return.

Good food, friendly staff. Basic dockside fare if you’re hungry. We went here instead of waiting for a table at Salty Dog Cafe, the food & service was great. The menu seems not that much different than Salty Dog since they appear to be under same ownership. I’d say grab a bite here if you want to avoid another 1.5 hr wait at Salty Dog and you’ll be just fine.

Food and drinks were ok not great but not bad. Service was about the same. We sat upstairs the ac was not working so it was super hot and smelled bad. The salty dog had a 1.5 hr wait they were able to seat us right away which was nice with small kids.

The shrimp and sauce on the Po’boy was amazing. Service was really slow. Next time I would get the shrimp and sauce alone and skip the bun and other fixins

Kind of a touristy trap type of place but the food was "OK".Gumbo was more spice than flavor (this is from someone who loves spicy food)Fried shrimp were tough and hushpuppies were dry. Shecrab soup was good.Service was slow for such a small restaurant.

We just Love the view of the back-water marsh at lunch time from the upper outside dining area. Best shrimp sandwich on the island. The only negative is the outside dining was closed too frequently last sumner... I am sure due to the Covid hangover insufficient wait staff.
Nice out of the way location. Perfect when Salty Dog is crowded and pizza at Jakes is not your choice. No wait on a Thursday while Salty Dog was 45 minutes. Excellent pulled pork and lobster soup. Chicken nuggets well done. Under $100 for 4 people.

We were trying to get a reservation at The Salty Dog but the wait was very long so we decided to try this place which is in the same area overlooking the water. We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated st a table so we sat at the bar and had drinks while we waited. The bartender was friendly and made really good margaritas. We ordered Fish and Chips, buttered macaroni, grilled shrimp and fries and chicken fingers with fries. The food came out quickly which was great because we were all starving, everything was piping hot and flavorful. The Fish and chips was some of the best I've had, just the right amount of batter and loads of fish fillet. Great place to eat and great view of the water.

We planned on going to the Salty Dog but we ended up getting something better! There was no wait, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The fish and chips was the best on the island! (far better than the Sand Bar and other competitors). Excellent drinks and good atmosphere!

Great service and I dig the ambience and decorations. Service was good, we were upstairs that is around 15 steps. If you have problems with stairs then beware. I don’t have problems with stairs and prefer them to an elevator.Food portions could have been a little more!!!! Overall I like this place, service was friendly and happy!
