I ordered the house salad with ranch, garlic bread, 12 piece breadsticks, chicken parmigiana with penne pasta. All of it was so disappointing. The ranch was watered down and dint have any flavor. The garlic bread tasted like there was 7 cloves of garlic used, so much so that the bread with the garlic butter and Asiago cheese on it tastes like a little spicy. The bread sticks don't have good flavor or texture. They tasted like they were previously made yesterday's bake, threw some garlic butter on them and sent them out. The chicken parmigiana was super thin and had so much breading on it in addition to being over cooked. The sauce that is on the chicken and the pasta I presume is their marinara tastes like Walmart's brand condensed tomato soup. The price and quality of food are no where near the same level.i am surprisingly dissatisfied and disappointed I tasted everything and it made its way to the trash. Still hungry hopefully they were having a bad night because i can only imagine that they will not stay open for much longer with the disappointing quality of food.

They gave us the wrong pizza (pepperoni instead of cheese). After spending the day at the beach we ordered a pizza to go and found the wrong pizza in the box while driving away. Being hungry and tired, we reluctantly ate parts of it but did not enjoy it. The pizza itself was just average.

Awesome pizza! Super clean dining room. Great service. I read a review that said the service was slow. This was not true at all for us. Food came quickly to the table and the waitress made sure we had everything we needed.

I don’t understand all the hate in the reviews. My chicken parm was SO good (and the person that said it tastes like Chef Boyardee must have never had Chef Boyardee lol). I’m definitely coming back my next visit! My son enjoyed his pepperoni pizza as well.

We had a wonderful pepperoni and green olive pizza here. Kenisha was our server and was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a date night here. We had enough left of our medium pizza for the next day’s meal.

We always end up ordering pizza from here when we are on HHI. IDK why this place has such low reviews. The pizza is solid - never had a complaint! We've only ever ordered pizza and salads. The salads are nothing remarkable, but it's a pizza joint. We enjoy their pizza. It's always ready when they say it will be ready. They've done a fairly recent renovation & it's a large, open space with TVs overhead.

My wife and I have tried MANY pizzas over many years and we both feel that NYC Pizza is among the best. We eat this pizza every year on our annual visit to Hilton Head (TWO times on this year's trip!). The 3.8 rating seems way too low - at least based on the pizza (we never tried any other food here except for pizza). On a side note, NYC Pizza recently added an upstairs open-air bar and tables. It wasn't open during our visit but it seems like a very neat setting.

$21 for a large cheese pizza and $4.75 for a meat topping & $3.75 for a vegetable topping. I know we are at the beach, but really? The only positive thing to say is that the pizza is a 7.4 on the One Bite scale. 2 pizzas was $58.00 before taxes. 1 pepperoni 1 mush, tomato and ham Crazy prices!
