The best BBQ spot on the Island. My family's been coming to HHI for 11 years straight on family vacation and we eat here every year! Wings are awesome and so are the ribs! They are pretty busy on the weekend nights so the wait could be a little while but we'll worth it.

By far our favorite restaurant on the island, and that's saying something, because there are a lot of good local restaurants. The food is absolutely amazing, full of flavor, and 5 stars all around. You have to give this place a try while you're on the island.

Great service. Food was delish. I like the vibe. Nice area with patio seating and lots of TVs. Will definitely be a regular spot for us when we are visiting.
Impromptu happy hour stop. Brisket sliders were great. Fries were a bonus. Yuengling was rather warm but the friendly service from Deanna made up for it!
Tiana was our server she was excited. She answer all our questions. The food was phenomenal the smoke fry chicken delicious . One Hot Mama’s is the place to go @Hilton Head Island..

Had dinner on recent stay at Hilton Head Island on March 25th.Was some confusion on my order, but overall experience with management and waitress was exceptional. Management went above and beyond to correct the situation and make sure I was a satisfied customer when I left. Barbecque sandwich was perfect. I will give them a 5 star without question.
