Pizza was terrible. It literally only had toppings on one side and it was cooked until the crust was very hard. This Popa John's is horrible.

So we ordered Papa John's and the delivery driver did a very good job. He was prompt and friendly...The food was an eyesore...I just want to know. Are there 80 year Olds running the shop or Cats because this food tastes like a litter box.I wouldn't even let my youngest cousin touch the food due to the fact that we found a bunch of hair on the cheese pizza..On the other pizzas, we had no cheese. On the chicken wings there was no sauce, to much of the dough was undercooked.. I mean who even serves undercooked pizza dough.. Loosers Do...I hope the manager eats the junk he cooks... and gets the food poisoning that I have had the past few min... if I would have known this was how my night was gonna end I would have worn darker pants and diaper.. because good golly. Make this stop please...

On vacation to see family (the first time since our granny has passed) Us cousins decided to order pizza rather than having ham bone and bean soup for dinner. When we received our food the delivery guy was very kind. Then we discovered that our boneless bbq wings were simply chicken nuggets with a squirt of bbq sauce on some. Then we opened our pizzas where the crust took up half the pizza, cheese just in the center, and partially burnt. The garlic knots were not garlicky. The cheesy bread was just bread and complete dough in the middle. I’m very saddened by my experience with papa John’s whilst I’m trying to enjoy the one week I get to see my family during this trying time in our lives.

Okay I had the WORST day…These people had no idea. I called on the phone and whoever answered went above and beyond and was so kind! He had no idea I needed it. Thank you for your kindness..and the food was amazing

Worst delivery ever pizza burnt and no drinks. Driver was non English rumbling on and on about him not bring drinks.
Ordered a pizza for delivery. Talked to a call center who hardly understood me. Pizza arrived cold and like card board.

Terrible experience! The delivery driver left the pizza outside on the ground instead of calling us to let us know he was there and shorted us a large pizza. The pizza was cold. When we called to ask about our missing pizza, the worker said we would have to order another time to use a credit for missing pizza.

Took 2 hours to get order delivered. On a Tuesday. No call. No answer when we called. Could not cancel. And the app did not update delivery time until the food was half way here. Ordered thru PapaJohns app. Driver was nice, not his fault. Kids love this pizza so we order PJ often luckily not on HHI.Do better, HHI PJs

Placed an order online at 8:08pm was given a wait time of 30-45mins. 2 hours later I called the store because my 4 year old was crying hungry. I was rudely answered by Patrick who identified himself as a manager. He told me there was nothing he could do. The driver was somewhere with my pizza. He refused to cancel my order and give me a refund. He told me I was holding up his work and just making someone else's order even later. He was very RUDE! Said if your wanting free food I can't help you I said I just want my money back and your rudeness isn't helping. He then hung up on me.

They sub their deliveries out to door dash and do not mention this up front. Would not be an issue if they didn't wait until the pizza was done and sitting under a lamp to get a dasher to come pick it up. The delivery eta I got initially was an hour over. It's not like I didn't tip 20% either.. but yeah I guess I'm lucky to be a customer.
