Lovely dinner. Two great dinners: a pasta bolognese and a special featuring scallops. Wish there were more gluten free options for a side! Love to see ( more) Italian wines on the menu. Service was very good, and ambiance is warm and friendly.

I had a crab with pasta. My wife had salmon with peas and pasta. Sauces were perfect. I'm a pretty good cook and have been to numerous great restaurants. I can tell you that it doesn't get any better! I will not go to Hilton Head without a stop at Piatti. Do yourself a favor. Just go!

I had the night's special, Grouper, it was good. Prior to the meal I had a scallop appetizer, which was presented well but was lacking taste. Service was a tad slow.

Had dinner at Piatti. Service and food were great. We dined at the bar. DJ took care of us. He was great. He gave us recommendation based on our conversation. He was attentive and helpful. We started with the beef carpaccio as an appetizer. It was perfect. We had the bolognese and a spicy chicken pasta. They were both delicious. I would highly recommend Piatti!

Piatti offers home made pasta, including around 6 different types of homemade raviolis. Had the pasta with black truffles and mushrooms, fabulous! Our Italian friends also loved it and said it was “real Italian” pasta. Caprese salad special was delicious. Hubby had butternut squash ravioli, also delicious! Tiramisu and molten lava cake desserts were yummy. Nice wine list. We are already planning our next visit!
one of THE BEST restaurants on the island.....if traditional italian fare is your thing, you're gonna love it here. all pastas are homemade, apps, salads, entrees are all traditional style with a unique modern spin. SERVICE IS A-1!!! our server, KSENIIA (name on receipt), was exceptional. she coursed our way though our dinner, without a rush, without piling up plates on the table (one of my pet peeves is when servers dumps off your entree when you're still eating your salad, or salad when you're eating your appetizer) she paced everything out perfectly!!! we enjoyed a couple rounds of cocktails then had a couple glasses of wine as we ate. apps were great; calamari & beef carpaccio. calamari was hand "breaded" without all that gummy flour coating that many restaurants serve. carpaccio was paper thin and deliciously dressed simply with just evoo & a bit of lime. our salad was SOOO good, a twist on a caprese salad. this salad was served warm, allowing the fresh mozzarella to melt slightly over the tomato slices then topping with pesto & anchovies. i had the ricotta ravioli with peas & proscuitto in a tomato cream. my only complaint would be that the peas tasted like "cow peas", kind of mealy and have an odd flavor. i think baby peas would have been a better choice. out other entree was homemade pesto linguine with vegetables, you could add a protein, but we found it unnecessary. lots of great choices to tempt one with on the dessert menu, but we were to full to indulge overall, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME....then ENTIRE staff was great (special shout out to the bus girl...sooo super friendly). we HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!!!!

We were delighted to find this quaint gem outside the Sea Pines gate in Park Plaza. It is around the corner from Harris Teeter and Holy Tequila. Prompt attentive service, delicious food—try the antipasto platter—and intimate ambiance. The homemade paste are delicious—we had Lingurian Pesto and Pappardelle Bolognese. Both like Nonna made! Reasonably priced. Nice wine selection; cocktails too. Try this wonderful spot!

This is a fabulous restaurant. Tucked in the corner of the plaza, you will think you have been transported right to Italy. We dined in the corner wine room. First the warm bread with the garlic butter melts in your mouth. The salad was perfectly dressed and the Smokey flavor on the eggplant with the tomatoes and mozzarella were perfection. Our choices of ravioli, tagliatelle, and rolled pasta were perfectly prepared and so flavorful. Can’t wait to try more. The wine menu was great. We finished with a tiramisu. Freshly made at the restaurant it was the perfect end to the meal. Our server was attentive and took great care of us! Love this place!

Loved the restaurant. Our dinners were all fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. Our waitress was very nice, checked on us often and made good recommendations. Atmosphere was lovely. We really liked the rounded booths.

Actual Italian food, done very well. We only got 2 dishes and the bread but those dishes were next level. The Pici Alla Carrettiera was one of the best dishes I have ever had. The waitress we had would let you get whatever you wanted but if she recommended something with it she was right. This is a place I am concerned that might have a hard time staying open because it seems like they are not going to change the menu to just make Americans "Italian" food. But they are making fabulous actual Italian food. Please go it was Fantastic and I want to go back if I ever go to Hilton Head again.
