me and my boyfriend came here earlier today and we're genuinely in shock, the two girls who were working, both young teenagers, one was blonde, couldn't be more bothered to interact with us. I mean continuing their conversation gossiping about boy crushes and other people, one of them took my order and then went right back into her conversation completely skipping over my boyfriend, i used to work food service at smoothie king and never would this be acceptable and it's honestly really disappointing, we should've left right away, instead of what seemed like us "wasting their time" for gossip.

Smelled disgusting in there, like mildew or vomit. Wanted to get some ice cream after dinner but my stomach was turned immediately after stepping foot in the shop. Lost my appetite and left

Rita's used to be our icream place in Baltimore MD. We moved to Florida 7 years ago and it was very nice visiting Rita's one more time. Italian ice done right. Great icecream
Great soft serve, we received rude service from the girl with the red hair working in the main store this Thursday night. She seemed to be more caught up with socializing with her colleagues than worrying about the customers. Laughing and leaning on the guy taking our orders while he was actively talking to us, was uncomfortable. Overall no hate to this girl, just wanted to express my concern and experience. Hopefully she can learn from this.
