Isabelle served us and we were waiting for 10 minutes when there was no one in line in front of us. She filled our drinks up 3/4 of the way full and the drinks were also lukewarm. She also put barely any ice in the drinks when we asked for it. She could also not understand us well and vice versa.

My recent visit to Starbucks was a complete disaster. Kathleen’s rude and inattentive behavior, combined with the mishandling of my order and negative inappropriate conversation with both myself and other customers regarding my order led to a lasting poor impression. I understand food service can be very frustrating, but the way Kathleen spoke to me throughout the entire experience was unacceptable. Do better!

Starbucks inside Harris Teeter’s unfortunately cannot consistently be open at 7 AM in the morning,their employees constantly call out for the day. It has become a great inconvenience! For the customer who gets in his car, drives all the way over only to find the store is closed(Starbucks) if they can’t properly men the location my suggestion is they should shut it down completely!!! if Harris teeters is the one responsible for these employees then they need to address this, if not, then Starbucks…either way it is great inconvenience for us to get in our car drive there only to find no one is there this happens regularly!!! Go on the website and it shows that the store is open and it’s not . they can’t even adjust the hours to reflect real time situation!!!!

I stopped in just before 8 AM and ordered a dragon drink and sous vide egg bites. The barista was friendly and worked quickly. This location is on the inside of a Harris Teeter. It was clean and everything was well marked. They also had a small area for items that are 70% off. There are several negative reviews because of its location and people struggled finding it on a GPS. I used Apple Maps and did not have an issue. I would happily return. There was one person in front of me and we were both helped quickly.

Literally worst experience ever. Started out asking for a Venti cup and was told I couldn’t have one when asked why another girl “Katie” said “Because you can’t”. Order the drink and it’s made wrong so asked to have it made again and was told i’d be charged extra for a remake. She then proceeded to shut the store down with 5 people waiting in line and was extremely rude to them. Also gave the stank eye as we walked out

I don't typically support Starbucks however my friend chose here to meet up.My drink was fabulous ?Grilled cheese was good, didn't realize it was just heated up (don't dine in enough to realize they don't have stove or grill top) so all things considered, it was tasty.

Closes at 4:00 pm not 7:00 pm. All the coffee places in Hilton Head close at 4, I found this starbucks on google maps and said they closed at 7:00 pm. I wasn't sure if that was store hours or the starbucks itself but the hours made it seem as if they were talking about starbucks. Went there and was closed :)

Do yourself a favor and don’t walk into this Starbucks. The drive thru was extremely long so I walked inside. I was the only one inside and I put in my order to wait. I understand Starbucks is busy and drive thru often gets prioritized. Ten minutes had passed and they hadn’t even started my order, so I politely asked if they had an order under my name. I was told yes and I had to “be patient”. Five more minutes, I have now watched them crank out at least 30 drinks since I ordered and not even started mine. So I asked another employee who originally started to say “sorry we just are busy…” to which I then replied “I completely understand but there have been multiple orders after mine which have been completed” … at this point they FINALLY started my drink order. One drink was sent out hot which was supposed to have extra ice… but 20 minutes later, I finally had my order. I am a Starbucks loyal customer but this was infuriating… 20 minutes after I was the only customer in the store and at least 10 maybe 15 or more cars had gone through the drive thru. So let me repeat myself, don’t walk into this Starbucks.
