Always very friendly and attentive! Positive attitudes within the store and their customers. They never make you feel like you need to rush with your order. But what truly sets this store apart from the others is their commitment to quality. The service here is top-notch too. I have been waiting for my order for way too long. They prioritize the drive thru and the people who literally came in 20 minutes after me. I'm not one to comment on the weight of workers but I think it played a role in their customer service. I don't ever feel the need to make reviews on here but this bad experience has soiled my day. I'm just trying to have a chill vacation and I had to wait in a Starbucks for an hour with no sustenance in my stomach. I biked four miles to get there. Let's just say I will not be coming back.
I like the people that work here, they are friendly and pleasant.The problem is MOBILE ORDERS.This practice of placing coffee purchases through the phone before you even get there has placed a huge backlog of work on the staff and birthed a sense of urgency and entitlement in the mobile order people.I blame CORPORATE for this one.

Staff was unfriendly, I ordered a drink I usually get and it was made incorrectly when I asked the staff to make the correct one they told me im wrong and that they won't make another. I've gotten this drink from multiple different Starbucks about 30 times in the last 2 months I know how it should be. The staff was just rude

Visited this Starbucks while on vacation in HHI! Both times we went, the employees were so nice and cheerful. You can tell they really love their jobs! Plus, our coffees came out quickly!!
